No, got rid of the beauty ring so its the top cap, 2 tubes, lock ring and firing switch... 2 magnets on top 1 magnet on bottom. Plenty of resistance I can set it on switch without locking, even with atty on top..... but it leans pretty good....... you can obviously feel the movement in the switch.

Chipotle.
I had the same issue, it can be two things. One, the rice pin may be fractionally too long and causing the top contact to sit slightly crooked against the spring pressure, it should not touch the top contact at all when it is screwed all the way down. Two, if the spring isn't stiff enough the mod will want to sag to whatever side it leans towards, it's not exactly a "fix" but putting a slightly stronger/thicker spring in it will allow it to sit vertically and not lean to one side. It leans because the tolerance of the switch pin and base plate hole are too large, there is no real way to make that tolerance any tighter easily so the fix that I used was to put a slightly stronger spring of the same outside diameter in the switch. Now my Nemesis never leans to one side when unlocked and set on the switch.

Chipotle.
You could put a thin shim or two behind one of the magnets to move them closer and increase the force required to push the button, thus also hopefully allowing it to stand vertically. All that is really required is having a button press tension that is slightly stronger than the weight of the assembled mod/atty.

Tighten the hell out of the bottom post in your button. Mine comes loose and it does that from time to time. That fixes it for me. I run the fatdaddyvapes magnets and only use 2 at a time. I upgraded the 510 adjustable post and the switch posts as well. Once I went from spring to that setup all of my issues have been fixed! Hope this helps!
