Nemisis comes with the following parts.
1. Air control ring.
2. O ring inside the air control ring.
3. Top cap (has the 510 threads and a delrin ring where the center pin screws in).
4. Positive/Top center fire pin. This looks like a silver thumb screw which also has a flat headed screw driver slot in the smaller end. This screws into the top cap.
5. The main 5.2cm 18350 tube.
6. A locking ring that screws on the bottom of the main 18350 tube.
7. A bottom button assembly which includes:
a. The negative/bottom firing pin. Looks like a thumb screw.
b. Two springs and a key pin.
c. The button assembly threads with a black delrin ring attached.
d. The fire button.
8. A small 7mm PTC Fuse ring (sometimes people call it a kick ring, but if you actually have a kick you'll probably never use this).
6. A 1.9mm 18500 extension ring.
7. A 3.5cm 18650 extension ring.
For using with an 18650 battery alone (no fuse or kick), or to kick an 18490/18500.
1. Loosen the thumb screw in the top cap.
2. Attach your atomizer/
tank/carto to the depth you want it (usually flush mounted).
3. Finger tighten the top firing pin until it makes contact with your atty.
4. Attach the 18650 extension ring to the 18350 main body (the largest extension ring in the set).
5. Screw the top cap w/atty on.
6. Slide in the battery with the positive end up (toward the top cap).
7. Make sure the button assembly is together and working properly and screw this in finger tight.
You should have 2 parts left over.
1. A small 7mm ring.
2. A ring that is the next size up [1.9cm].
For reference:
To use an 18350, use none of the extension rings (you'll have 3 left over).
To use an 18490 or 18500 battery, or to Kick an 18350 use the 1.9cm ring (again, you'll have 2 left over).
To kick an 18650, add both the 1.9cm and the 3.5cm ring (you'll only have the smallest 7mm one left over).
The tiny 7mm ring is for using something like a
Vape Safe or
ShortStop fuse.
Some people like to keep the 7mm ring for aesthetic reasons (I.E. mixing a brass and stainless nemmy for a banded two tone look), or just to get differnet action on the button. For this you'll need to get alternative
'extended contacts' which allow you to keep this ring without using a fuse or spacer.
