OK, you have ALL MY ATTENTION! How do I fix the GD contraption, short of machining my own?

never mind... I figured it.
My previous switch assembly, from bottom up:
1. Switch button.
2. 2x 14.5-3.5-11.0mm o-rings.
3. Bottom magnet.
4. Top magnet.
5. Switch
thread assembly:
Thread+Delrin, rice pin, center screw.
That doesn't work!
Problem: center screw cannot be tightened without magnets making contact. Button wiggles and sticks.
Reason:
Bottom magnet does not go down beyond the rice pin channel. About halfway down the center post.
Cause: Center
post pin channel forms a tiny ledge where the magnet catches. Wider magnets would be the solution but didn't have them. Pulled Dremel and slimmed the center post by a few fractions of mm. Magnet now goes down to the bottom of the button. Keep in mind that this might be an isolated issue with my particular clone. I'm sure this is a deffective lathe job issue. The magnets should go all the way down to the bottom of the post.
Correct assembly:
0. Discard o-rings... ;-)
1. Get a 3d magnet from 10x stack. Down to 5x (two broken)
2. Let two magnets stick together and place them on the bottom, making contact with button inner deck.
3. Place another magnet in reverse polarity to the others on the center post. Hold it in place and put threaded piece with delrin isolator over it.
4. Put rice pin in place and fix assembly with center screw.
5. Tighten down center screw. Use small bent needle nose plyers to ensure good tightness.
6. Remove beauty ring from center of Nemmy. Button assembly will make contact 2mm more upwards. ;-)
Current status: smooth, very short throw (0.45mm). Button doesn't have to be retightened every few fires. Button assembly
solid. Doesn't wiggle nor crunches anymore.
