Nemisis battery got real hot

I guese my switch got stuck there was no tank on, but the bemisis got real hot. I pulled the battery and it seems to be working fine with a different battery. The battery that got hot was a evervest purple 18500. Should I trash this battery or will it be OK?

If there was no atomizer on the mod, there should have been an open circuit. Even with the switch stuck closed/on. No complete circuit, no current flowing, no hot battery.

Find the short in your mod before you trash another battery.

I would retire the battery that got hot.
