I'm pretty sure those names are trademarked/patented.
The other issue involves age appropriateness, it bad business to even hint at marketing to kids.
I'm like, old, so I can only presume that an anime/cartoon has largely a younger audience.
However, personally, I think it is a F'in stellar idea! $$$

So mAybe change the names up like some people do for drink names. Instead of Princess Peach from Mario maybe Royal Peach and it be a bourbon and peach with ice cream flavor.
