I asked them that very question before I ever ordered any of their juice. They will not disclose the ratio for any of their juices. It's in the FAQ on their site, if you're interested. They say it's proprietary, and other companies are trying to copy their juice formulas, so they keep it a trade secret.

My best guess is that it's mostly PG, with just a bit of VG (probably in the 90/10 or 80/20 range). It's always very thin juice, about the viscosity of water. All of it vapes easily in BMF cartos.

Thank you. Silly of them to be fussy about that when it is important to know. Not like I'm asking for the flavor recipe. So I suppose this will have to steep too huh?

This is what scares me about their juice. The first bottle I got during a blizzard, so it was ice-cold in the mailbox when I got home from work. It tasted nasty that first day. They include a little note with every order that says to give it (I think) 24-48 hours to steep. After a couple days, I loved it. Very tasty, and I used half the bottle of one flavor in short order.

Then...it seems to me it went 'sour'. It started with someone saying the exhaled vapor smelled like cat pee. I'm serious. Cat pee. I started to smell it myself, and that turned me off to it. That was just the one flavor though (Torque 56); the other (Freedom whatever it is) still is good, but not great, IMO. The strange thing is, every review I read of Torque 56 is glowing. Everyone seems to like it. I chalked it up to getting a bad batch, although they claim on their site they've never had a bad batch. I don't know; all I know is it's currently unvapeable, and here 1/2 bottle sits, smelling like chemicals (hair spray is the closest I can compare it to). I just took the lid off and I'm going to let it sit for a week or so. I had forgotten about it until all this recent Halo talk.

I know that doesn't answer your question, but that was my experience. The Freedom was good from the 2nd day and still tastes decent. I just didn't like that flavor much.

Never had a problem with Torque 56. Love that stuff.

Chances are the cold is why your bottle went bad. Even Halo warns about not refrigerating their ejuice (something about breaks down the flavor) so you may want to give a small bottle of it another chance during the summer.

I thought the same, but the strange thing was that it was quite tasty at first. Now it's just nasty. I hate to throw out 15ml of expensive juice (I have another tale of woe with that company, but I'll spare you the details), but it seems hopeless for that particular bottle.

OH MY GOD!!!

Got the tribeca today, IT DOES TASTE ALMOST EXACTLY LIKE bloog's ry4, i cant believe it, Frick and anyone looking for the same juice in bloogs ry4, try it!! Again for those who dont know, i have come a long way looking for the same juice, bought more than 10 different versions of ry4 from different vendors, but everything was a disappointment, this is it. Thank you gardner for your suggestion!! i read from somewhere tribeca tastes like 555, if thats the case does it mean bloogs 555 tastes like their own ry4, why the two flavors?

I am glad that you enjoy it and hope that it will hold you over until Bloog can make their own juices available.

I think the person was saying that they taste/smell common elements between Tribeca and Bloog's 555. Probably the smokey, nutty elements that I can't taste in either the RY4 or Tribeca but can in the 555. Or perhaps they were implying that they detected those elements in Tribeca unexpectedly and they were similar to those they had found in 555.

I find the flavors of Bloog's RY4 and 555 to be very dissimilar in taste, texture and flavor experience. And therefore, likewise, Tribeca.

Just an update....

Same two cartos every day and STILL going strong.

I've got about 50 unopened prefills, and another 50 waiting to be cleaned and refilled...

I think I wasted a bunch of money! :p

Be sure to compare the performance with some "fresh" ones.
Since performance decline is somewhat linear, you may not be noticing it.

Just poped on a fresh 555... same production.

I do have to draw a little harder on the 2 old ones, but I haven't washed them in several weeks either.. just been refilling/toping off.

Other than that, they're still like brand new. And I bet if I wash them with my turkey baster power washer, the draw would be like new too. I'll test that this weekend.

Has anyone else had a never ending carto? Is this the norm, or are these just freakishly awsome?

BWB Maple Tobacco is a great way to kill a carto. Mine was nasty when I got it, but after it steeped for a month is is quite tasty, but it will destroy a carto after a couple fills.

I have cartos that are quite old. As long as they keep vaping well, I keep them in the rotation. Since February 7, I think I've thrown out no more than 5-6 cartos out of around 80.

I use quite a bit of Maple tobacco and have never had a problem refilling over and over.

Interesting. Maybe I was wrong to blame the juice? It could just have been coincidence, but I had two cartos that had seen quite a bit of refilling, and when I used Maple in them they were dead after the second refill.
