I remember when I was just a young girl of about six or so and I thought being an adult naturally made you smarter than a child. Until I saw some TV show where a grown woman couldn't find California on a Map. And she was from California. At that point I realized that some people are just stupid, I'm not talking mentally handicapped. I'm talking about ignorant, stupid, who did they pay off to graduate people. Sounds like a Jay Leno bit. It really is amazing the number of people he can find on the street who claim to be in college who couldn't find their way home from the middle of town. You're right, most politicians are just plain ignorant. Not stupid necessarily, but ignorant.
