Are you serious? The white ones are the Bar S pork and chicken ones. We're talking hot dogs, not brats. The red ones are the delcious all beef ones.

Well I never cease learning things here. I didn't even know they made cruddy white chic and pork white hotdogs. The Only hotdogs I like are Millers 100% beef and even that doesnt compare to a good brat and saurekrout to me, anyways to each his own.

From the strictly ejuice site.

Model: 510
Manufactured by: DSE's SLB

I've been working on a big battery mod for a little while, and been torn on atomizer choices. The 510 seems like a great go to, but with the extra wic it always seemed a little fiddly. I think the new design looks far superior. And I'll almost certainly be fitting it to my mod.

Yes, this...

It looks like the SLB 510 atty (not a Joye). I got a couple from Rob at Vaporkings.

It that's what it is: it will have a resistance in the 3+ Ohm range. That means that it is in the 901 class. Cooler vapor, perhaps a bit less production.. perhaps some additional flavor. Longer battery life.

Also note that it doesn't have the "supplemental wick" under the bridge that the Joye 510 is known for. That's another reason as to why you might get less vapor.
As usual, you can count on what Scottbee tells you.

I haven't really broken it in yet. I guess I lack the patience since I have 4 other attys that are working well. I can really taste a difference. I like how hot the regular 510s run. It's closer to an analog. If it were any less, I would have been disappointed. Just like I am with this atty. In comparasion to my other atties when they were new, this doesn't have near the throat hit but my atties were new 3 months ago. Time may have changed my perception a bit, I don't know.

The last time I ordered atty's for my 510 from azsmokefree he sent me those new atty's. I was not happy with them at all. The vapor production was very poor compared to the old style atty. I emailed Michael and he told me that they were supposed to be much better than the old style. He also told me that maybe the ones he sent me were just bad ones. He said to just send them back to him and he would replace them with new ones. Hopefully the new ones will work better for me.

You are absolutely correct, and Scottbee's post explains it in technical terms.
Some people like them, and some people don't, but they are most definitely different.

I posted this on the "L2 Clone" thread:

I received my L2 today. I must say.. fast shipping and service.

I will also say that it is a beautiful PV. I got the metallic red for the wife.. and it's quite pretty.

The batteries are currently charging.

I have visually and electrically inspected the atomizers. They have the exact same "fit and finish" as the SLB "clone" atomizers that I previously received from Rob at Vaporkings. A standard 510 cartridge will fit a bit loosely.. a new 901 cartridge fits nicely.

I checked both attys on my DMM. They came in at 3.3 and 3.4 Ohms... same as the ones that I got from Rob.

I will not comment on performance until I've actually had an opportunity to vape a few "bowls" through them.....

If what I got is the same thing (it looks exactly like it in the pic), I got it from www.perfectelectroniccigarette.com. I was just ordering a regular atty and this is what they sent. It's alright, it doesn't burn as hot so it doesn't have as good of a throat hit IMO.

Here's the direct link to the atty
Titan 510 / Joye 510 / TECC 510 / VM 510 Replacement Atomizer

Interesting that it says Titan / Joye replacement atomizer...

I'm disappointed in the suppliers that mislead about their products like this.
If I had bought one, especially for the price I can get a Joye for, I would have been mad. Throat hit was the main reason it compared so well to a cigarette and got me off the analogues, in my opinion.

Now, if it said DSE 510 replacement atomizer, I wouldn't mind. :)
