There might be two different problems here..

1.) different batteries that don't last as long.

2.) different chargers not working the same

Personally, I just started last month and don't have any of the older ash caps.

But I do have 4 target caps. When I charged my orignal black bats on the usb charger, they seem to last a lot longer than charging on the mini pcc. Also, my 2 black bats have a 7 second cutoff.

My 2 white bats have a 5 second cut off, and even when charged on the usb, don't seem to last as long as the black bats on the usb

All 4 of them seem to last longer if charged by usb, compared to pcc.

All I own are Blooog and a Janty eGo tank System.. so I figured this might be normal from an industry just started in the last few years.

Is there something wrong with our bats?

As far as I know, there should have been no change to the mAh of any of the batts. But I am taking this seriously.

Our new batch of batts will go into production on Monday, and I will be breaking open one of my original batts and physically comparing the old battery cell to the new ones to make sure they are the same. I will also co-opt their automatic puffing machine and compare puff counts.

Also, with the help of a friend of mine who has been a QC expert in Hong Kong and Shenzhen for over 30 years, we are looking for an independant engineering consultant to help me check all the hardware componants on a regular basis.

And Frick, the change to the logo was deliberate. I chose the old orientation because I assumed that right handed smokers would hold it in their right hand, and in the right hand the original orientation was right side up. But we are debuting a new packaging design for retail stores in which the e-cig is displayed upright, and in that position the original logo orientation looks upside down, so I reversed it.

Leaford, will you let us know next week about the batteries? I was so impressed with my old blue!
