Quick shot of the 2 newest members of my family...an lp/sl black ReoGrand and a lp engraved brass/black reo...they are both simply impeccable. Nothing else to do but admire...and get them firing!

I haven't even gotten a coil on it yet but when I got home I found that my overall design plan with the SL is coming together...I have other cyclone decks for the top cap but it'd be a shame to waste this because I know I'll never use a dripper...I've not yet converted a dripper and I only have a drill...no drill press or a dremel. I'd definitely buy a dremel if I knew which to use and what additional components. I'd imagine a drill press to be expensive and likely too much to only to be used for converting drippers...I'll likely create a new post and/or confer with past threads on how best to approach the task. I've read how to do it but without images or more specific instructions, I'm out of luck. Anyway, here is a picture of the proposed set up, and for me, I never expected to buy a black REO until the SL...just thought it would be too plain with the breadth of colors available...that's why I held back on the sl...already have a tumbled so when this hit the site unexpectedly I grabbed it and I will plan to have this as an everyday device. It's just incredible. Simple, efficient, and enough flare for my personal tatses.

Any Dremel with a metal cutting wheel will work. I like the ones with adjustable rpm speed.

Yah? I've gotten more from your comments then most of the remaining ECF members combined. You are the exception to the rule in that I actually use your input and put it to use.

If you have any specific recommendation or a link? I'd definitely just go with that! I am paralyzed by too much choice...my fiance can't even send me to the grocery store unless it's for the following day. I'll get three before I'd risk the anxiety of choosing one....

Both have good variable speed control.

Battery operated is convenient but corded will still be running when the battery needs charging

Ohh yah! I meant to do that, actually. I installed 4 SO kits over the past week and while it was fairly self explanatory after watching and doing it once, I screwed up my first install when the krazy glue stuck to the rubber sheathing of the firing pin...so when I refilled and bent the feed tube down it must have began to shred it. Anyway, I would just have it on in the background and repeated it so many times that I would laugh and say "kick ayuss" right along with him...

Thank you for the recommendation. I was doing some old thread research and saw his Cyclone had the deck level feed before the revisioned bf came out...maybe I can send out one and use it as a model for my own application? I would have so much fun converting other drippers...not enough videos on it and I also have trouble watching a 20+ min clip where 75% of it is self aggrandizing and has zero application to the subject.

I am also very keen on learning as I've been able to do so much of it throughout my short vaping career...I honestly think that's at least half the reason it allowed me to quit the analogs, I'm just the type of person who feels uncomfortable not being self reliant and also doing something that i don't know inside and out. To a fault. I didn't pick up a mech device (and kept smoking) until i was entirely immersed...got a nemesis clone from a friend that was set up with an rsst and then as a dripper...even when it was working, I thought it wasn't functioning well enough so I would fiddle until I did break it...eventually led me to the REO and I'm just obsessed with the whole thing. The collecting, upgrading, and learning...especially given the fact that I was fortunate to find the REO so early on I never have to question the base device.
