New and finding juice selection hard

It is really helpful if you can find a local vape store. I've been to 2, vaperite and vape911, and both let you sample different flavors. Since I don't really like a lot of flavors enough to want to vape them all day, I don't know how much money I would have wasted if I had bought online, but it would have been a lot. Or, realistically, I would have been stuck with a lot of flavors I didn't care too much for.

Its only helpful if you intend to buy from the local vape shop. Im not going to mention the name, but my local vape shop sells juice for $12-15 per 10ml. If I can find a juice I like from one of the vendors on here, I can cut that cost in half, or more. Besides, im not sure whos juice the local shop is pushing. It has their name on it.

B&M charge an arm and a leg and on top of that they have crappy, LOW QUALITY home made juice most the time.. one of the local shops here is totally wicked and they are GARBAGE.. the rest are mom and pop places but charge like $48 for a 30ml of "premium" juice like ruthless. my local vape shop does have the best extreme ice ive tried tho.. all other no

No true flavor for tobacco? No ejuice can produce the "true" taste, flavor and experience of anything, whether its fruit, coffee, dessert or whatever. I think you will come much closer to imitating a cigarette with ejuice in a pv than eatin a dessert or drinkin a coke. :)
Your apple or cake doesn't have to burn to release their optimal flavor, tobacco does. That's what makes it so hard to replicate. I just have to disagree with what you're saying here because I've had fruit flavors that tasted just like the real deal, only less intense. Same with a few pie flavors too, and coffee.

Thanks all. I got an order for Aspire ET-S BDC's from Mt Baker and they threw in a bottle of juice. Extremely fast, IMO. So I just put in an order again with them. Hope I like their juice. I got 24mg 50/50 Butterscotch, Cinnamon Roll, Orance Dream Bar, and Cotton Candy. Heres to hoping this non tobacco flavors help me quit!

Have a good holiday all!!

Hope you had found one of the many 10% discount codes! (vaporfrombaker is one)

Their cinnamon roll is awesome!!!!

I add a bit of it to my coffee, caramel candy, dutch apple pie and now the latest favorite from MBV: bananas foster!!

The caramel candy is another one that I mix-on-the-fly into coffee, et al.

The orange dram bar is delightful also - the one and only flavor that actually did improve with a little bit of steeping.

Everything else I get from MBV can go straight from the mailbox to the tank :thumb:

Btw, like you've heard a dozen or 4 times already, tobacco / cigarette flavor is the almost automatic choice for starting out, but it wasn't long before I reached the point of never again for me! :)

Btw #2: there's a somewhat hidden discount when ordering 2 identical 30ml bottles of anything. Not sure what the percentage is, but 60ml ends up around $12. Saves at least $2-3

I have even purchased my MVP 2.0 and an Aspire BDC tank from them. With the value of free bottles added in, the value is right there with the low-price leaders.

Welcome and good luck

I don't think any vaper has picked up there first bottle (if not first 30 bottles) and loved them. I takes a while for you to find the right group of liquids you prefer. I started at B&M shops and ended up not liking ANY of them after a couple days. The main thing to keep in mind especially when vapeing is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The first liquids I liked were Irish Cream, Kaluha, so on. Then switched to fruity flavors like Jungle Juice from Madvapes, seeing that I have a location about 100 feet from me. Now, I will wait 2 weeks just to get my bottle of Bobas Bounty from Avejuices.com. That is my liquid I swear by and when I dont have it, it's like crack withdraw. Try ordering a flavor from Avejuices.com or mister-e-liquid.com Those were the first that opened my eyes to what the good stuff is supposed to taste like. If you don't try the good stuff, it's very, very, easy to go back.

I have been vaping non-stop since jan. I have bought 98 different flavors from different vendors. 75% of them are semi-ok. the other 25% are great, but I had the mind set of staying away from anything that even tasted like or smelled like tobacco flavor. So all of mine have been sweet, fruity, etc. flavors. I have seen some advertise as tobacco flavor but can not remember the vendor, sorry. If I see it again I will post it. Good Luck.

Here is the tobacco flavor that I stopped with. It's from a local shop called Cravin' Vapes and I think it's the closest to tobacco I could find. I also bought some "Domestic" from Johnson Creek Smoke Juice - We Make Premium Smoke Juice for all electronic smoking devices! Johnson Creek Smoke Juice. They are the people who make the juice for Blu e-cigs. Although the Domestic is sweet, it isn't bad.

The tobacco shop I bought my first setup from carried Johnson Creek.

I fell in love with their Tennessee Cured, and then set aside the last that I had for later. (couldn't really afford what at the time seemed to be high prices - $13 / 15ml)

Ran across the 1 ml left-over a couple of weeks ago and excitedly put it in a fresh tank!

OMG, what in the world did I ever like about that????

Turns out my affection for the tobacco flavoring had completely gone away, and it tasted like rubbish :(

So the moral of the story is that yes, your tastes will evolve along the way.

I find I do most of my flavor shopping these days mostly in the bakery aisle, and toss in some strawberry shortcake, or orange dream ice cream bar along with caramel coffee for dessert! :D

How much time has passed since you tried it again? Apart from evolving tastes, it could be that the tobacco blend aged into something that's too different from the out-of-the-box flavor.

Less intense on the fruit flavor is a huge understatement to me. Apples and cakes have to be chewed and eaten to release their optimal flavor. That makes them hard to replicate with a vapor. :) To me vapin is closer to smokin than eating or drinking.

But it's still not combustion, which is the point being made - a severe chemical reaction that greatly alters the flavor profile. It's why eating a cigarette doesn't taste anything like smoking a cigarette, and if you set the apple or the cake on fire, you wouldn't want to eat it, or breathe in the smoke from it. Yes, the act of vaping more resembles smoking than eating, but the flavor experience of burning tobacco is not as replicable as the flavors of, well, pretty much everything else we vape besides tobacco.

I first had i think m type it was so strong i had tossed it out, then i did the ry4- which wasn't bad ( but i still was smoking reg cigs during this phase too-then i had to switch from regulars to lights- everything was starting to be to strong even the vape, so the ry4 has a Strong taste to it- but im a Marlboro special blend smoker nothing even close, but i dealt with it, then another one i seem to like was Lewis blend- did that for a few weeks and tonight i told the guy at vape store i need something a bit more smoother and not as strong he hooked me up with a pipe tobacco flavor it wasn't bad...but you really need to find a store that lets you sample everything its really the best way to know for sure what will work for you :D

And vaping strawberries is nothing like eating a strawberry. Sorry but I politely disagree with you. I think the experience of vaping tobacco flavers more closely resembles smoking than vaping other flavors resembles the flavor experience of eating and drinking. To me there are some good Tobaccos that taste and feel enough like a cigarette to make a permanent replacement. That's why I was able to quit after my first draw on an Evod. But, I haven't been able to quit eatin strawberries or apples. :)

I smoked Marlboro Lights for 15 years. I have been off them for35 days now. The juice that helped me tremendously was Halo Tribeca 18mg. It has good flavor and a nice throat hit. I still have yet to find a juice other than tribeca that I like, so I understand with so many juice options out there it is frustrating. Don't give up you can do it.
