Thanks a ton, and sorry for the delay, and yes It was the Smok Tech eGo CE4 Starter Kit, so they are disposable. I will look into both of those sites,
Same site, (discount vapers) but different devices.
and am still debating which liquids to purchase from mount baker. From reading, more PG is a better throat hit, so I think I will be going for the 80/20. And have you guys heard any bad news about using the 36mg nicotine liquids? I told the guy today I used 36 and he jumped back like whoa, we only have 16mg, any increased risks with this mg , SERIOUS QUESTION. Am I mistaking a bigger throat hit with a higher mg of nicotine? or can I get a 16 with a good throat hit...I mean the point is to eventually quit using nicotine down the road completely right?
Yes, that is pretty high. I wouldn't suggest you go that high unless you need it to stop the nicotine cravings. Some of us buy concentrate unflavoured nicotine at 36mg/ml and dilute it and add flavours (DIY). When you find a flavour that you enjoy and a device that works really well, most of us tend to over use it, especially in the early days. 36 mg/ml would have made me really sick really quickly at the start, and that's coming from a two ounce per week rollie habit. I started at 24 mg/ml briefly, kept feeling ill so dropped it to 18 mg/ml. After a month I dropped it further to 16mg/ml but then I discovered bottom coil devices, in particular the Protank. I had to drop it down to 12 mg/ml, and am still at that level. I'll probably drop it down further as soon as I feel I can handle it. Nicotine on it's own is not nearly as addictive as cigarettes.
You may go through withdrawals, even though you are vaping nicotine. There are ways to handle this, so come back later if it happens to you. If you have to chain vape to forget about cigarettes, you will make yourself sick at higher concentrations (but at least you forget about cigs for a while.)
And the batteries throw me off a bit, I have seen people use the ones where you can adjust the power on them? Do most seasoned vapors use these batteries?
Indeed we do, though there are many people who just stick with the fixed voltage devices. I didn't make any suggestions along those lines since you've just bought a starter kit, but discount vapers should have some VV twists or similar that won't break the bank, let me have a look...
Here you go, the Spinner is a bit easier to see the voltage scale and set the voltage. They are out of stock in the 1300 mAh battery in black but here's the chrome:
Vision Spinner Chrome 1300mah
You could also look at lower capacity twists or spinners. The higher the capacity, the longer the battery.
Also, I charge mine once a day, and sometimes forget, its lasts me about 20 hours.
That's fine. For technical reasons that I won't go into, the battery technology that we use is actually better kept topped up. I always put my twist on charge when I get home, and use the second one the next day. The battery will last longer if you don't actually run them to the cut-off flat point each and every time you use them. Basically, shallow discharge cycles are kinder for the batteries, deep discharge cycles stress the batteries and *will* shorten the life of the battery.
