Exactly this happened to me yesterday Ripple. I was opening the juice flow and dump, glug, glug, glug, there goes my juice. :) Not sure if over the day opening and closing the juice flow I had loosened the atty or was in that one turn.
I guessed maybe that is one reason why lmeo says to release the mouthpiece a little after tightening? Also wasn't sure if I had left the mouthpiece too tight when mine flooded/dumped.

Ripple, I also had this probelm. So has several others. What you need to do is tighten the atty real good when you put it in and when you adjust the CR you need to loosin up the mouthpiece. What is happenin is when the mouthpiece is tightened down it is causing the o-ring to grip the atty extender and unscrew it when u mess with the CR.

releasing mouthpiece has 2 advantages Carol. It vapes better and of course doesnt let atomizer get unscrewed by closing - open UFS. Of course we have to put vaseline to this o-ring (and to all o-rings too) so it can slide nice and easy on the atomizer

What I do, is when I first tighten the mouthpiece, I bring it down really snug, then I take it back off, then put it back on and turn until it just hits the o-ring. then I tighten it 1/8th of turn more. I can adjust the tank all day this way and not have a problem. I have never had a flooding problem or a leak from UFS.

Just my :2c:

My atty stays in perfectly. I've still got the same atty in the UFS that I put in when I received it new. Before screwing in the atty, I opened the juice control about 1/8th of a turn. That way, I know that the atty is tightening purely into the connector and not binding on the bottom of the juice tank. Then, turn the juice tank to closed and it's super tight. Fill it up, put the cap on, snug the mouthpiece in then back it off just a bit and vape away. Hope this helps.

I had my first leak in the UFS....

Had just cleaned and filled it.
Just took two drags to ensure that it was working fine (And it was vaping wicked)

Had gone to a nice buffet and I put the GGTS in my jeans pocket (I know it is quite lame)

After almost 2 hrs I took the GGTS out and I could see that half the liquid was gone ...

Lesson learned...

I had just opened the replacement o-rings which I had purchased from e-cigz and found that it did not contain the two tiny o-rings which goes with the atty connector pin.

I am not sure if this was a packing mistake or if these tiny ones do not come in the replacement kit.

Can any of you who has purchased the o-ring kit confirm if they have these tiny ones (I mean the two tiny ones which goes on the atty pin)
