Not to pile on (just trying to help) but I read your post and decided I should put my new UFS together-- the one that was waiting for its SS GGTS.

What the heck? I had the same symptoms. I tried what Poppa D said (poke a needle through the air holes under the CR) and it pushed some black stuff out. I cleaned it up and it's working like a charm now.

I know you said you checked it, but did you put a needle in there?

Hi,

As you can see in the above picture. The holes are open I can insert a syringe from one end of the
bottom hole and it comes out through the other. (For all the holes)

But if you see the second picture I am not able to get a draw once I assemble to his point itself

(Just the base part along with the atty connector and tank bottom)

So I guess I got a faulty part.

I think I would have to wait for imeo to sort this

Cheers guys..

Hope you all got a good one

It may be a silly question but have you opened the air control ring, it looks closed in that second pic is all.

Hi,

I checked the mouth piece and it is fine. I cannot get a draw with just the atty connector, base ring and tank base connected.

@VPDownunder : I tried drawing with holes open and also close the pic was when I was trying with the holes closed.

Also I can get the draw properly when the Atty connector pin is removed from the base. But once it is removed I cannot get a draw

Next time any of you see me please ensure that you wack me in the head real hard..

Every one told just one thing from the begining,..

To clean the air holes and it was not... (I was more concerned about the air holes in the bottom of the atty that I did not care much about the 4 air holes I had blowed in to them but did not use the needle in it)

I just did it and Immediately I saw the reason of my trouble the black stuff which has been mentioned before by lots of people..

It is now vaping real good (Need to get some LR atties though as the normal ones are not producing that good vapour

Sorry everyone for making you think there was something wrong with the UFS

The problem was only with me

And thanks to all for the support..

And a special apology to you imeo to make you think of this because of my stupidness during your holidays........

CRAP! I think I lost an o ring from my center pin. It wiggles now and leaks juice. How many o rings are there in the center pin part and where do they go? I have 1 tiny one that is tight on the pin and one that is larger that is at the base. I will see if I can post a picture.

I had three..
One big one and two real tiny ones...

God help u if you lost that tiny one coz finding it when it was right in front of me was a task........

It is in one of the image i had posted in the thread in the last page

Their must be 2 little o-rings together (2mm x 1mm), when you screw the hexagonal nut they come into the plastic piece and make the sealing. Verify that the 2d is not in the plastic piece. The 3rd o-ring (the bigger) is in the right place, you take it off if the connector pin don't make contact with your atty.
