New Bada-Bing e-gar... am i missing something here?

I messed around some more with mine and it is definitely a cartridge issue.

If I remove the stuffing only (and leave cart in) it makes no difference..still a hard pull.

If I remove the cart itself it it a much easier and smoother draw with just the tip on...and good vapour too.

If I loosen/unscrew the tip a bit, once again the draw is easier but with a lot less vapour.
