Hey so I am using two of the blue samsung 25r's and both of them charge to 2300 mAh and am wondering if I should change them or if they need to be changed? When I first got them (back in april) they charged to almost 3000 mAh's but now they only charge to those. They barely last me the whole day anymore but they still work, so should I get new batteries? If not, how do I tell when I need new ones?

I charger will show you the mAh it puts into the battery, not necessarily the total capacity of the battery. The mAh charged will depend on how low the voltage of the battery was when it was put on the charger. Usually, manufacturers show the capacity from 4.2v to around 2.7 or so, and as we use our batteries down to 3.5-3.2 we'll never reach the full mAh rating. For example, my 2500 mAh batteries take around 1900 mAh when charged from my mod's cut off point. It's really weird if you've gotten 2500 mAh into a battery that wasn't discharged way below 3v.
