we're very much on the same channel, or i've read what you've read or experienced. I was oh so close to getting the x2's from SI along with a mini pass through from somewhere else but then i realized the 808 would not sit well with me in the long run. i'm not savy on adapters at the moment so i went with the kgo because of the seemingly universal fit i'll be working with. and i did want a lavatube after reading about it and was about to pull the trigger on an apollo vtube but only the mini was available and it seems it's still 2.5amp limited.
i strolled through the irc chat and someone recommended me a kicked silver bullet, had i known what the kick was when he recommended it, i may have went that route. but i'm content on the kgo, i'll see how it goes. i'm more interested in all these different attachments right now, attys/cartos/clearos/tanks/genesis types or whatever it is. this hobby is going to take up a lot of my time, looks like i'll quit drinking as a hobby since the money needs to go here lol.
