New Carto

Hi all. Using a Joye 510 I decided to try Boge carto that I got today. Since it had the soft top it was easy to remove. Was using small syringe to fill it but bent it on my finger. Decided to try condom method and juice went in without a mess. Then I noticed that I forgot to put the soft top back on before I filled it. Since it is so easy and no mess why don't people do it this way. I am not damaging anything am I Thanks in advance

Some just prefer other ways to refill them. Don’t worry you won’t damage them just make sure that any access liquid is removed before putting on a battery if the battery is an auto.

Thanks for the answers. Been using the 510 for just over a month and this was my first carto. Starting to get a collection to use when my mod arrives.
