New CE2 impression

Not sure if this goes here, but it can be moved I guess. Got some of the CE2 cartos from Vapor Junction today. Had to do a little searching for how to fill them exactly and then had to find a needle small enough to insert in the teeny tiny holes on either side of the center one. Be careful, it didn't take a full ml, more like .6 - .7, it will shoot out the other hole when it's full. And I mean shoot out.... I added a couple of drops with the syringe in the center hole as the taste was a little funky to start. It has smoothed out considerably now.
Let me just say, th depending on what you're vaping, holy crap, vapor produced, holy crap, if the flavor smooths out a little more, holy crap!!!!!!!! Just an observation on first impression of these cartos, hope this helps anyone else that is looking into them or has them looking for an opinion.

I popped out the inner cap and dripped liquid down the sides to fill mine.
I didn't have the right size needle. If you just want to try them go to vapor junction and just buy a 5 pack.

I also switched out the rubber end cap to a hard cap.

Are they expensive for the 5 pack?...see they have done some changes to them...I fear I'll get the older versions if I order...hear anything on that

I got the newer ones, and I think they were around $8 a pack so I bought some other stuff to eat the shipping.

The newest ones from china, with ceramic cups are supposed to ship next week I think.

But these work great, on my Riva.

the syringe...do they sell the right size there too?

What voltage are you using? I hear they don't work well at higher volts.

Some have said the a true 3.7 is hot, but my riva is somewhere between 3.1 and 3.3 volts.
They are putting out some that are better for higher volts next week. 3 ohm I think.

I'm still learning the volt/ohm thing, so please excuse me if I'm wrong.

I've used a 20 ga. need and that works just fine.

FYI, can't get them to fire on my Provape1, but work great on my Ego. Once you get the inner ring out you can see the mini moat, just drip down the sides until it comes to the top of the ring

DIY Flavorshack has a bunch of equipment that includes syringes, just needles etc, but if you don't like the needles, you can just work the inner ring out and drip the liquid in directly.

I have the Provape 2...why isn't it working on yours??

Not sure why it doesn't work on my provape 1, but it doesn't seem to no matter what I do with it, so I just use my ego, something to investigate I guess

Probably just a contact problem , I had the same thing happen with my VL-PT , try just prying up the battery end of the carto with a nail or tweezers.
