My story is a tad extreme. But it should give you a good laugh.

3 years and 1 month ago, I found myself in a surgical ward with serious ankle fractures. I was informed by a Dr that I needed to quit smoking, or face serious complications during the healing process after surgery.

He prescribed nicotine patches and gum, and told me to use as much as I needed to. I also had a vape pen & juice delivered from my parents.

I spent 2 weeks in hospital. Every morning, I fully intended on asking a nurse to wheel me outside for a smoke. But I delayed that, and instead chewed gum like there was no tomorrow, and had very long bathroom breaks vaping my head off.

I got through those two weeks smoke-free, purely due to delaying. Every time I wanted a smoke, I'd delay it for an hour. If I still wanted one then? I gave myself another hour, and spent 20 minutes vaping in the bathroom

Once at home, I was able to chain vape, so I did. My end goal at this stage, was to vape for the next month or two until my fractures had healed. Then I could go back to smoking.

After another month or so of chainvaping, I realised I actually preferred vaping over smoking. And that was it for me, I became a vaper. When my ankle had completely healed, going back to smoking was the last thing on my mind.

My advice? Play mind games like I did, and just keep delaying that next cigarette. Good luck

There's no right or wrong way to switch, what ever works best for you. My suggestion would be to vape immediately upon waking, delaying that first cigarette as long as possible. Throughout the day, when you have the urge to smoke, vape and delay again. The longer you delay smoking, the fewer cigarettes you will smoke. If you find that still are having trouble with urges after a few weeks, you probably need to increase your nicotine level.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My answer to you is still the same as it was before. You refuse to believe the truth, rather you prefer to keep going around in circles which is why you got banned from another forum. Heartless or not, people can only take so much of that. Eventually it becomes toxic to others. Professional help is the only way out. This is a deep-rooted psychological problem that came from an event or events when you were very young.

    Just could not continue.

I just want to say sorry for any inconvenience I have made to all about my blabbering about smoking.

I have lack of will power now, since mother want me to smoke instead of vaping, as she says it is vaping that has made me cough all the time I do so.

    And I have narrow airways.

I can inhale a lot. But when it comes to exhailing, I cough, as much of it is still left in my throat.

I have 12 ciggys left out of 20 that I bought today. And have since started to vape at 16:45 PM.

I have made some 80 vg juice, but am using 50/50 juice that is premade.

    Joyetech Evic Mini VTwo.

I could use my Realaux rx 200 as I have three of these.

But I am using single battery mods for lightness and I have not purchased any batteries in 3-4 years.

    Light use.

The tank is Bellus Original V1
