NEW DSE901 problem help please!

I just received my 901 and been loving it but as soon as I changed the battery, my other battery did nothing?? it stated fully charged but when inhaling only flashed like 10times, I removed it and blew just in the battery, all seems good when I do that, it lights normally, when I insert it back, same old thing, flashes but no smoke at all. other battery is ok, does anyone know what I could do or what the cause could be?
kinda disappointed being my first day on it.

Also can someone recommend a good place to order batteries and atomizers?

My Battery flashes when its dying - have you popped that one on the charger again?

I'm waiting for Rob at Altsmoke to get some parts and such in and I'll bbe shopping for more pieces. I bought my 901 from him. (there is a bunch of supporting suppliers near the bottom of the main index page)

might want to lightly tap the battery on a hard surface...sometimes the switches stick

tried with no luck, so weird it lights perfectly when I blow in in the battery but nothing when attached to the atomizer? only like 10 blinks.

I just hope I can find a descent supplier to Canada I can order more extra parts.
