Congrats Lanndo! I think you'll do great with the 510. Did you order any e-liquid with the starter-kit? That was the only mistake I made when I started. I under-estimated the e-liquid. Being a menthol smoker (well - yay, now ex-smoker) the MLB pre-filled carts weren't my thing.

It may take you a little trial and error to find an e-liquid that you really like and refilling your own cartridges is really easy. Have a look in the E-Liquid Review section of the forum. Taste is subjective, but will give you a general idea of the variety

Actually, I believe the Cignot marlb high carts are 18 mg/ml.

Smoked my last cigarette at around 8:30pm.. Tried the Joye at around 10-10:30 and puffed on it a few times since. 2 am and i'm about to sleep and I dont have any real cravings yet so im hoping for the best. The first couple smokes I got a bit dizzy and anxious after it but I would assume i'm just getting used to it.. Taking it slow obviously. Is it normal to take some getting used to?

why guys all suggest 510? buddy, I suggest you the penstyle 801, although it is an old one, but it performes good with much more vapor.

I smoked Camel Lights for years and started out vaping 18mg juice. I went up to 24mg for a while too. 18mg seemed a bit high at first, but I got used to it. I wanted to make sure I was getting enough nic just so I could more easily avoid the desire to go back to the Camels. 24mg definitely still seems too strong for me, and I find that during chain vaping sessions, even 18 can be a bit much. I think trial and error is your best method here. Lots of people probably keep different nic levels to match the situation. A night of drinking at the bar may require a much lower nic level (say, 8mg) for heavy vaping, while a quick vape break during the day (if you can't vape on the job) may lend itself better to 24mg.

I'm not sure if you got the USB passthrough or not, but I am on a computer with plenty of USB ports for most of my waking hours. I BARELY use my 510 batteries, and my PT is my best friend. I really can't think of a better use for the $12 I spent on it.

Edit: Lanndo, I just noticed you are in AZ. Wouldn't happen to be Tucson, would it?

The 801 is a good performer, but the fun part about the 510 is it delivers MORE vapor in a smaller package. I think you're a little mixed up, the penstyle seems better for more delicate flavors though.
