I just registered and I am excited. I just bought my first e cigarette. and I really am
confused about some things about the e cigarette. I have tried quiting with the patch
and cold turkey but I can't. I have smoked since I was 18 and now I am 45. I am
scared I need to quit so I just bought this e cigarette and wanted to know more about
it and I stumbled onto this website. I think its great to have a forum for smokers who
are trying to quit.

Becca has that right. I haven't quit smoking.....I just took up vaping. Was freezing at my kids baseball game yesterday and I found my winter thermal vest in the car. I put it on and felt in the pockets and lo and behold, it was my last pack of smokes. I just laughed, I would carry them around like a security blanket when I first started which was 10 weeks ago, you can have my smokes, just don't touch the Vamo. You will find, friendship, support, and knowledge on this forum. Don't worry if it all sounds like chinese, pull up a chair, get comfortalbe...and get ready for the ride of your life....or should I say the ride for your life.

I started vaping but it was just for flavor more then anything but slowly when I tried to smoke analogs afterwards it started tasting worse and worse till I just stopped and dreaded to even light one up. I still have 2 cartons in the drawers. I would sale it but I rather get someone else on vaping.
