I know Liberty Flights - USA is selling them. They ship from San Diego, CA. Mine are at the post office right now. Need to go pick them up.

Here is a link:

E-Liquid and Electronic Cigarette Shop - Category Listings

When you get ready to check out, use code ECF and you'll get a 20% discount. Use this code anytime you order from Liberty Flights. No, I don't work for them. They are my main equipment supplier.

Thanks for the info pkj. I actually order from them quite a bit. It seems, though, that they only have the the $16.99 regular atty. I'm wondering if anyone other than Ovale is selling the TAWA variety. Ovale sells it for $9.99.

I put mine in a CLEAN sock (so they don't run around willy nilly) and run them in the dryer on medium heat. Works awesome. I highly reccomend it for "Bulk Drying"

I am however running a "torture test" on these. 15 days so far no cleaning, no babying and at least 60-70 fills on the ?SAME tank and atty. I did blow it out the other day, but NO cleaning.

Christ on a stick man! How much DO you vape?

65 divided by 15 = 4.3ml a day!!!!

I got to this thread late, so I don't know if this was mentioned yet. I have a negative situation to report.

The T doesn't work when you're laying in bed! Even if you hold it cart up in-between vapes, it lacks the punch it usually puts out. I guess I'll stick to the CE2s for my nightstand PV. They work better battery-up. :2cool: Sometimes gravity is your friend, sometimes not. :vapor:

Weird, I use mine all the time in bed and never had an issue like that. Although I am sitting up in bed usually watching Tv or reading, not trying to vape while lying on my back.

I gotta be honest with you. I vaped in bed last night while watching a movie, and the battery was almost facing the ceiling, and I also vaped on a lazy boy and i was angled at the ceiling and i had no problems. after 2 or 3 puffs I covered the air holes on the atty cone with my finger and blew a few times and brought PV back to upright position for a second, then I continued to vape in bed again. I had no problems.

Maybe yours had the air bubble by the tank hole and was not wicking well? Thats what the puffs do. The only way the puffs work is if you put your finger around the holes in the atty.

Try it again, with the method i mentioned and i bet you'll be happier.

Ok, today after 3weeks of using tank i gave up and did something stup. Since the draw became so hard and nothing helped to fix it ( washing, boiling, soaking in alchohol), I took a paper clip and started to poke wick and exedently poked thru to a coil. Coil is steal intact and functioning but i created a hall where i can see all the way thru battary end. It did fixed the draw but now im afraid it will leak since its already floding the atty. =[.

If any one has any sugestions how to fix it plz responce?

My idea is to take a wick from R4 carto and wrap around coil to create a small plug.

It sounds like you poked right through the wick in the piercing needle.. and either dislodged the wick or destroyed it.

You have essentially ruined the atty and there is little that you can probably do to bring it back to proper function.

Sorry.

well if by wick you mean some black sludgy substance that got stuck to a paper clip than its strange. I did not pulled any fibers out. Do they use some kind of new wicking material ?

I'm seeing a commonality here- an earlier post noted a black gunky buildup.

What sort of juice were you putting through this?

Day 1, I gave it a 10 and still a 10 on day 2. On day 3 the atty let all my juice out, but I chalked it up to needing to blow the atty out. I blew the atty out, refilled, and all was well again. Now I've lost track of days but I'm thinking this is day 5 or 6. Last night I blew the atty out. I had been vaping a darker liquid so I gave it a rather thorough blow through. I put in a clear liquid and got to vapin on it. Today it got a really tight draw. I suspected it was about to have another leak out, but I left it standing on the desk while I went about by business for a bit. I was right, I came back to a puddle of liquid. Today I'm going to give it an alcohol bath. I still love it, but it gets a bit messy. I suspect it just needs regular maintenance which I tend to always put off.

Trying the 91% iso alcohol soak and the finish on the atty is bubbling up.. looks like I'm going to have a messy atty. Kinda wish I hadn't done that.

Edit ... moments later.. After the iso drys the finish went back down on to the atty and looks like new, but I'll be flushing with alcohol from here on out as opposed to tossing the atty in the alcohol, and the black material in the needle part is now white and pretty instead of black and nastly looking.

It's proper function is to turn liquid into vapor. So you can now use that atty as a direct drip atty and keep the tank empty and vape it as a dripper. You don't even have to be accurate and get the drops into the feed cylinder because the plate has holes on the side that allow the liquid to go in. 16.99 is not going to break the bank, so use it as a direct drip, like any other regular atty, and buy another one. 16.99 is two packs of analogs..so if you used it for more than 4 days....you already made your money back :)

Or you can be the first to take that steel plate out and show us eGo-T lovers what's inside and underneath that plate. You can dissect it for us if you wish, that's only if you don't want to use the atty as a dripping atty. I was a dripper for a year before I fell in love with bottom feeders.

That's what I was waiting for. So for an increasing tightness of draw, could it be the steel wicking getting gunked up? It looks like there's the same amount of steel wick as in the eGo mega attys and I'm doing routine cleanings (hot water followed by purified water followed by IPA) but still can't figure out why the draw is so much tighter.

So air flow is in and around the coil in the ceramic cup, through the steel wick and up around the straight edges of the needle plate, right? There's some physical attribute to this tightening. Thoughts?
