So, please do not misread the title. There is no new firmware....yet.

When you open the MVR software is asks you to email suggestions for new firmware to joyetech. I have done so a couple times already, in hopes that if they even include one of my suggestions I'd be elated!

So here are a few of MY suggestions....what are yours?

1) Create a way to "lock" the screen so that if the Evic is in my pocket the ring is not able to change the voltage and I can just pull it out and vape away, not have to check my volts or watts every time.

2) Create a way to "delete" MVR VV or MVR VW from the screen.

I never use MVR VV and it is a waste to have to turn the ring to get past it in order to get to any of the other 3 settings...

3) REMOVE (or make longer) the 10 second lock out puff timer. If I want to take a longer then 10 second puff...or even burn up my atomizer in the process...the eVic should not stop me.

4) Create a setting where the user can control the ring up and down in the menus.

Example - I am left handed, everytime I turn the ring to move UP a menu... it actually moves DOWN and the other way around. I should be able to control this.

Thoughts? More suggestions?

How about a brightness control for the screen....or a custom "boot" screen?

I would like the ability to save and select among multiple MVR VW profiles. MVR 1.2 allows three MVR VV profiles, but only one MVR VW profile. If you create a new VW profile, your old profile is wiped out and must be recreated by hand.

I would like the ability to store and select from among at least three VW profiles on the device and to store a larger number of profiles on whatever computer is running the MVR software. If the profiles are stored as small files on the computer, it would allow a virtually unlimited number of them to be stored on the computer. This would also allow easy sharing of MVR VW profiles between users.

You could just let go of the button for a millisecond and start the clock all over again, no?

I kind of dislike the 10 second timer, as well.
Coming from the eGo-T2 that has the same timer, the cycle off-cycle back on has been working for me.
Sometimes I just like to fill the entire room with vapor.

There must be a reason they instituted it in the first place.
To keep the battery from overheating?

I'm sure it's not to save the cartos or clearos from burning up...or is it?

If there was a choice for a timer, what would you want?
15 seconds?
30 seconds?
Unlimited?

I want my evic to greet me with my name like I saw advertized. It doesnt do it for me at all?
When I power it up I want it to say "Hello Mr. Plumes!" or something like that. :D

Also, I don't get the puff counters. I don't think they work.
Get rid of the puff counter that counts down puffs, thats stupid.. and make the real puff counter work.
Mine either stops counting puffs, or doesn't know when to reset. Its weird.

Also I'd like to see a start up chime, like the windows chime when u turn on your PC. Awesome.
And I also want to play pong, and idk, have a % off calculator for grocery shopping.
