It is about time someone who has connections should get this to the press Tv and all over the Internet ASAP
I think they're referring to the manufacturer's packaging (bottle labels, etc.), not the shipping containers.
Rothenbj,
Good point, this should no longer affect hardware shipments. It's my understanding that most vendors seperated thier hardware and e-juice orders long ago anyway.
Overall, a bit of good news.
Anyone know where one could get information on e-cig use as a tourest in Mexico, I can't find any legal document telling me what the law is for bringing my ego and some juice on a upcoming vacation. They banned the "importation of" and "sale of" of anything that looks like a cigar or cigerette, (Aimed at candy, but applies to residents selling e-cigs too), but does anyone know if this applies to "use of" and "importation for personal use"? I already know how one might get away with it, but I'm more interested in the legality of using my personal vaporizer.
Thank goodness. It's about time the FDA actually started talking some sense.
