Rothenbj,

Good point, this should no longer affect hardware shipments. It's my understanding that most vendors seperated thier hardware and e-juice orders long ago anyway.

Overall, a bit of good news.

Anyone know where one could get information on e-cig use as a tourest in Mexico, I can't find any legal document telling me what the law is for bringing my ego and some juice on a upcoming vacation. They banned the "importation of" and "sale of" of anything that looks like a cigar or cigerette, (Aimed at candy, but applies to residents selling e-cigs too), but does anyone know if this applies to "use of" and "importation for personal use"? I already know how one might get away with it, but I'm more interested in the legality of using my personal vaporizer.

Well, people were talking (hmm, not like talking about it all the time or anything, just paying attention) about the FDA and how it wanted to regulate ecigs, which could be good or bad, depending. The thing is, for some reason what happens in the US eventually has an influence in Europe. I'm glad to see they seem to have been perfectly wise. I really don't care if they were pressured by the courts in ways or not. Are all the ingredients going to appear in the bottles - same thing for flavours - or will it just be something a bit too vague like some "Coca-cola formula"? I much prefer the first - a lot better for all of us. And as long as they don't get analogs and PVs confused, as long as they don't start taxing us heavily as they do with analogs, it's all fine and fair.

Agreed. Anyway, I'll be going to Mexico for a week in July and I'm also very interested in knowing if I can freely take my device and eliquids with me. Otherwise, it'll be a horrid week in ways. I don't know about the laws in Mexico regarding the use of analogs but it would be really fun to watch them all smoking freely at the hotel and all while I couldn't vape at all.

Thanks. I'm going to an all-inclusive resort at La Riviera Maya, that's all. From what I know you can smoke there. So, I was just wondering: wow, you can smoke and maybe you can't vape? That'd be really weird. And, yes, I'm not counting on vaping during the flight, so maybe I'll just send things off with my luggage.

Yes, I do speak Portuguese. And I can speak some Spanish since Spain isn't that far away.

On the other hand, if I can have a little vape when I get to the airport, as I did last year in the Dominican Republic, for example, that would be better. I just wish I were sure...

i think the battery issue is some of it, and the look and feel, the connections inside are really small. So those getting any smaller i think would affect the quality and durability. There are super mini e-cigs, but i dont think they put out as much. But it is discrete. At home i use a 5v passthrough that has a usb connected to a switch, and then that is connected to the atomizer, my husband made it in about 10min. I use a 5v 2amp adapter and this consistent. You just have to have the right case, technically it could fit in a 2 inch box. Like a rca jack box, If you are able to solder its pretty easy. But thats just me. The batteries definitely need to be smaller...
