I believe this law is due to people mail ordering cigarettes thereby avoiding taxes. The tax loss is the issue.
yes I believe it is because of taxes. There are online sites you can order cigarettes, like from Indian reservations and the costs are lower. One of my friends is Cherokee and she orders cigs from a reservation in NY and it is much cheaper for her to do it that way. I am trying to get her to quit and switch to vapeing and V4L of course!
People like to mail order also b/c that is the only way you can get NON-FSC cig.'s. ..from oversea's.
I still smoke a few cig's a day and have to re-roll my marlboro's b/c the FSC paper makes me ill. So i re-roll them into reg paper tubes. But now they are trying to make the papers coated with that crap. The good thing is you can stock up on papers/tubes b/c they are soo cheap. Still I am tired of the gov't intervening in my addiction. Don't they have bigger fish to fry?

Juice doesn't stay fresh, it eventually expires. It expires in 2012.
Florida is fine for now also, I guess they're only trying to get more tax as less people buy the tobacco analogs.
