Seems like a nice tank and I woulda considered it if I didn't already have a Griffin. I guess it's nice for those that want even more air flow.
Vapenw has them in stock
They have one less in stock. I just won one from them, ETA is Monday.
I'll let ya'll know how it does, but I'm expecting to really like it. Based on what some of the reviewers I follow have said, it's every bit as good as the Griffin, with a couple extra features (more airflow, side airflow. While that airflow post might be a problem for folks who like building center single coil builds in a V-deck, it's not a problem for me.
Agreed, nothing but issues with my aromamizer, dry hit city with high VG and it's ugly as sin! Much prefer these 'traditional' designs with the huge juice channels, juice flow control and bottom airflow.Counterpoint, I pretty much hate my Aromamizer. Sold my first three-post last fall, ended up with another later production V-deck one as a surprise in the mail last month...still hate it.
And Mike's opinion trajectory is rational. The Crius was better than the Aromamizer. Not better made, the Aro is built like (pardon the pun) a tank, but the Crius has more features, and is unquestionably better looking. The Griffin was a nice upgrade to the Crius (better made, roomier deck, durable insulator), and the Gemini adds a bit to the Griffin's feature set (better wicking, more airflow, optional top airflow, and that side airflow).
But sure as Bernie's a commie, there will be something better than that in a matter of weeks.
Where did you buy yours from? I was going to buy it from vapenw but now there sold out. They're normally the cheapest around.just bought mine, too many reviewers saying its good, gonna be my first RTA
That was a very informative outlook . Thank you for your opinion.I don't picture it (the center post) really making or breaking any builds!!! After a day of using it i really didnt notice it adding or subracting much from my vape. The biggest positive i took from it all day was over 100 watts it cooled my vape down a tiny bit adding a bit more air at the coils. The gemini has a large amount of airflow coming up from below the coils (after a direct comparison a bit more then the griffin) so the side air from that post I feel gets really overshadowed from the heavy upward motion of bottom air.
I don't see why vertical coils would be an issue on the Gemini however I felt horizontal was more at home 8) overall a really great RTA which adds a bit more to the griffin package. So if your a collector or enthusiast that needs the newest thing then I say go for it I love it personally however If you already have a griffin you are going to get a very similar vape from the Gemini it dosnt change the game it just does what the griffin does a tiny bit better !!
I got this in the mail yesterday and so far I've not had much luck with it. It doesn't like to wick unless I unscrew the top cap roughly half a turn, and will saturate the wick. However, I have to screw it down and then unscrew again another half turn to get it to keep wicking. Might be tossing this one in the junk drawer.
Roughly 2mm ID with wick going to but not through the ring. Just slightly tucked. How are you wicking it? It should follow the same rules as a Griffin or Crius. I.e. don't extend the wicking below the guide ring. What diameter coils are you using?
I have better luck with 3id if that helps.Roughly 2mm ID with wick going to but not through the ring. Just slightly tucked.

Nothing seems to help it; I'm going to fiddle with it today and if I can't get it to work I may set it ablaze.I have better luck with 3id if that helps.
Waiting on vapenw myself. Only talking about wicking cause its just like the griff.Where are you guys buying the Gemini from? All the big vendors I know of don't have it in stock. I bought one from Element vapes not knowing it was a pre-order (my fault) but would like to try and get one before their estimated end of march delivery.
