I hope so Tony! Was hoping to have it before Christmas with Jim's new shipping method.

Yea I going to NY for he holidays between trips. I'm having it sent there. Unless it gets sent out early on the 20th. I'm not going to see it until the 26 or 27. By January the pain will be forgotten :). Maybe he's being sneaky. Wishful thinking. Tell you what mmv has a good buzz going around. Glad we ordered when we did.

I am really limping along here. My telescope broke. Of course I dropped it. So I sent it back. I'm getting a bolt instead to replace it. Got to give madvapes a shout out stand up company i told them i broke it and they still hooked me up Should be here today. My ugly duckling broke in my pocket yesterday. Had to solder new wire on it.

Running a loose twisted 32 coil. What great flavor and vapor. Cant wait for the Gemini on the poldiac. !

Since we live in the same city, next time (and hopefully there won't be a next time after you get your Poldiac) give me a shout out and I can probably loan you something until you get a replacement.

Merry Christmas to you too!

Thanks you are a brave man. I would never abuse another's. I'm no good I tell ya. Hey but I can take it to 37000 feet if you want. That's the 7 mile high club.

Good point, he did say that pre-orders would open on 15th and shipping would go on 20th. I did not think of that.

We are all like little kids. Sick addiction we have. I checked the mailbox 7 times yesterday for my bolt. And it going to start all over today. But I have a good feeling. :) lucky for me I'm off until Saturday.

Hey, has anyone else tried some of the "extracted Tobacco" flavors? I ordered a bunch of sample sized bottles from Heather's Heavenly a while ago on the advice of Mr. Mann. On vacation through the holidays now and started digging through my juice bin and found them. The Gandalf and the Huntsman (only 2 I've tried so far, have about 8 more flavors to try) are great in my Mini.

Naturally Extracted Tobacco (NET) "bases" are all that I vape. Some have added flavorings and some don't. I've been through the majority of them and some approach a deep cigar or pipe flavor. Heather's Purity selection is a great place to begin and are among the less "tobacco-ey" tasting of the NETs. The very best IMHO, are made by:

GoodeJuice
Heather's Heavenly Vapes
Want2Vape
Ahlusion
QuickNic
Plume Room
VapeRite

Mr. Mann is a very good source of info on these...

I plan on doing the same, POLDIAC looks so neat and I am guessing the new DID will make a good combination. Just wondering though as is well known the Provari V2 can be really fussy when setting up the DID, is there going to be any difference with the new hardware on offer.

There will be new version of the DID?
Hm, I am reading the thread every single day and that's a new 20 for me.
I tend to miss vital info from time to time... silly me.

I've never owned a Provari but my understanding is that they are fussy with any stainless mesh wicks because they throw up an error code at the first detection of each little "micro-short". Makes sense to me... I saw advice once from a Provari user that it's easier to setup their mesh wick on an unregulated "mechanical" mod, or the more forgiving Buzz Pro, then transfer the atomizer to Provari after any shorts have been cleared.

The Poldiac is a mechanical mod, so error codes won't be an issue...

Amp and watt limited also. Top cap is press fit. Did eats them. There are a few on here that use them with good results. Ive tried them a few times. I like my .9 ohm coil to much.

YMMV, but since I learned a solid method for coiling & wick oxidation I don't remember the last time I pulled an E1/E2 on my Provari V2. Each of the different DID geometries have a "personality". I do tend to setup my Mini & Gemini a little higher resistance than the bigger DIDs (1.7/1.8 ohm vs 1.1/1.3 ohm) but that is more because I like putting the little guys on a Vision Spinner VV (1300mAh) when I'm "stealthing" and their switches can't handle higher amperage very well.
