Is the DID still around? Can you buy one any where still? Cant find no one that has a genesis type atty in stock.

Yes the DID is still around. E-vape.gr checkout is temporarily down while Jim fills orders. Should be able to order soon, probably within a couple days or less. The DID is still the most available and easiest to get. Not to mention the finest quality imho.

Thank you all for the great responses. I am leaning between the DID and the GG IAtty 2. I like them both, and both seem easy and tend to be about the same in the leak-proof dept. I just recently ordered the steam machine VST, so Im waiting on it to get here. Its so hard to decide. They both are gorgeous and perform like mad fog machines. I know the wait on the Iatty2 is about 5 months, so I may well go with the DID. I know either will be heaven. Im in agony, with this decision. I guess I will think on it some more. Im not in a big hurry, I guess I should play around with my little Phoenix and the steam machine. I should see if rebuilding is even what I like. I will continue to lurk on this forum and the GG site. Oh heck if I do like the RA experience I will most likely follow suit and have more than one........But which one first?

Thanks guys and gals

Well....I followed the path of a few people here and banned the Boba's Bounty from the DID. Moved it to another device. Time for a different juice in DID.
It just doesn't hold flavor for longer than a few hours without cleaning. Maybe tobacco just tastes like **** in it. No loss. Plenty of juices in my arsenal.

Is that in general, or only with tobacco flavors?

Not sure. Some players here just don't put tobacco in them because they don't care for the taste. I've tried. Boba's has great flavor.....while it holds. But I have found myself needing to remove the wick and "clean" wick and coil (torching, pulse burn) daily. I've tried a few things for a few weeks. This got old for daily chores for my tastes. And for me it wasn't daily. It seems that it lasted only 6-12 hours before flavor change. Almost metallic. All other flavors I have in them hold fine....so I just chose to move Boba's.

I know there are a few here that found tobacco just doesn't sit well in the DID. It's a matter of getting the right flavor to perform on the right device. And that's fine by me.

Just to clarify - my wife's DIY peppermint/chocolate will go days before this process is needed. I recoil it weekly but wick is the same now for 3 weeks.

Almost all my tobacco flavours vape beautifully in the DID, but there are one or two it doesn't like. I think the problem with tobacco's may lie in some of the flavourings contained in the mix that are simply brought out 'too much' in the DID thus spoiling the intended balance of the blend. The one or two not DID-suitable vape fine in a carto/tank setup for me and I think it's because the filler material mutes some of the flavours which in fact is a good thing for some of the blends out there.

What I find really helps the tobacco flavours is a vv device where dialing in a few tenths of a volt up or down can significantly affect the flavour produced.

Out of curiosity, when you ran the Boba's in it, did you have the fill hole plugged, or open?
