At first glance, I was head over heels when I saw Dan's initial post, but now that I've slept on it, I think it'd need to be majorly tweaked to run perfectly. For starters, I think very small slits or perforations on the part of the pyrex that your coil goes on would do wonders for the flow dynamics, and it would also help to heatup the juice quite a bit faster. It's a fascinating idea and definitely something to continue exploring in the future! Cloud, when you get your tubing, please shoot me a PM as I'd love to pick your brains on how it's performing and possibly buy a small amount from you to do some trials of my own. :)

Sure Rick, will-do

WOW You have got to be soooo excited :D I know I am, I have a Standard DID and a Pyrex Tank coming tomorrow or the next day too :D I am so Jazzed and now that I have the formula for making a nice thick walled wick with the right sized center channel for my vaping style I am REALLY looking forward to playing with the Standard :D

Can't wait to see your photos my Friend and congrats again on the win, that is a very wonderful thing Jim DID with that Lottery :D

Sincerely;
Nate aka Darth Vapor

I've finally started filming my Temon review! This one's going to take some time though! I'm trying to edit it all down so I can get in as much info on them as I can without going over 20 minutes! Besides for the review aspect of the video, I'm also doing a quick tutorial on how to disassemble the switch.

Try 80mm rolled either solid or with a tiny center hole. 400 and 500 mesh works well. Will even wick Bobas Bounty no problem.
What measurenents are you starting with Devonmoonshire?? My first attempt was with 35mm X 45mm rolled on a toothpick. It slid into the wick hole with slight resistence. I need the best wicking possible and though it's been adequate....better is better.

Well I guess it is time to take out the measuring doohiggie.......... Okay the measurement I got off the twin piece to the one I used today was 31mm x 80mm and I rolled it around a 3/64ths inch drill bit, dinkiest one I have. This gave me nice thick walls to the wick but I did have to shave about 3mm off to get it to a decent snug but not too tight a fit. I usually wrap my coils nice and tight around the wick then torch them again together so the coils hold their shape nice and neatly then install the whole kit and caboodle :D

It is nice and thick and actually wicking like a dream. I would love to do 500 mesh to see how it goes but that stuff is wayyyyyy too expensive for my tastes to be messing with.

Hope this helps a bit :D

Ok, don't have the full review up yet, but here's a quick preview! Now that I have a decent wick and coil installed and my gorilla juice has steeped for a little bit, this thing is spitting out some MONSTER clouds, and that's even with the stock 1.1mm airhole!! In all honesty, I think the D16 might actually perform better than both the Standard/Short and Mini/Gemini! The vapor chamber is a perfect middle ground between the original 2 configurations, so you still get killer TH along side some massive clouds and uncanny flavor. Also gotta report that the 14500s really aren't 1/2 bad! Vaped 2 tanks (6ml or so) outta the Temon throughout the day today and I've had to replace the batteries 4 or 5 times, which isn't terrible.

Dude, that looks absolutely bad@ssed...

I love the way they look and no one can argue with the performance you've shown. I just can't get my head wrapped around the little batteries. I'm climbing the walls waiting to get Poldiac, who knows maybe think about Temon at tax return time.

WOW!! Yeah those are some HUGE Plumes Brother! Very nice looking set up. Definitely going to have to pray for early tax return this year LOL That way I can score one of these bad boys :D

Great First Impression man, I can't wait to see the full review.

Thank you guys! As for the 14500s go, I was also put off by them at first, but now that I've been carrying the Temon around with me for a few days, I've found that they last almost as long as 18350s, hit just as hard (no doubt about that, video speaks for itself), and because they're so much slimmer, it's much easier to carry around a couple spares with you. I can get through a full tank in 2 batteries if I vape them until they're dead, so while it's probably not going to be the #1 all day vape for most, you should be GOOD TO GO if you're only going to be vaping 3ml before you have access to a charger as long as you pocket a set of charged spares.
If your wallets can stomach it, I'd pick one up without a moment of hesitation, and that's based PURELY on the performance and without factoring in the build quality (pure perfection), aesthetics, and price, which I think is extraordinarily reasonable all considered.

I wish I had tax returns to look forward to...but then again, being a kid and not paying income tax isn't so terrible hehehehe

LOL, for me I guess it's more about cashing in my "spousal goodwill"... My little vaping corner in the kitchen (and absconding a cabinet in the laundry room for juice) is raising eyebrows around here. I'll be able to weather the storm on a Poldiac collection, but two sets would put me in the "owing way too much on the chore chart" status. It's the proverbial pick our battles ;)

Tell me about it...it's a little disgusting how many devices, bottles of juice, spare parts, and coil building accessories I have draped around my room!
