It does indeed! I still can't believe that Jim gave me one knowing that there are only 30 of those that are and ever will be made!

That tip originally has slots that I put o-rings in ;-)

I only use a Provari. So, I like the new Panosonic 18650s. But, if you are going to use them in a mech mod, others will probably be able to help you more. I know Dspin and others prefer the AW 1600mah and the Menke batteries.
