So I refinished one of my GGTS to match the finish on my matte 3-airhole DID, watcha guys think?
I love it , grate job ! I would like to see vertical scuffing also , the horizonal looks fantastic. Was it the dark grey scuff pads used ? that is like 600--800 grit.

I actually just used 400 grit sand paper. I thought of doing a vertical grain finish, but I opted for the horizontal b/c of the manner in which I attached all of the parts to my drill.
It is part right I guess, but according to wikipedia Myra is in present day Turkey...

NatGasMan, change the last two letters in the link from "el" (hellenic/greek) to "en" (english) and voila.

I have been dreaming about the Poldiac since you announced a long while ago!!
and I am going away late on the 22/12/2012.
The question is should I do the pre-order on the 15/12 and keep my fingers crossed??
I want this Poldiac as bad as all the DID'ers
but my situation is not that good for timing!

1. Can someone post pictures of the DID in satin and polished finish on a Satin Silver Provari (no matter normal or mini). I am waiting for my Provari mini and am on the fence on which DID to purchase.
