Jim. I can't say I'm not disappointed. It was my only Christmas present. But you have been trying hard I know. Don't make yourself sick over this. Stuff happens. This is not reflection on you or mmv. I know you will do your best. Take a deep breath have a coffee and a roll with butter. We are all adults here. We have our health and that's most important. Seriously RELAX!
Better yet have some candy.
Just wanted to add. Last year my son was in afgan getting shot at. This is so insignificant in the big picture. This year he's safe at home. That's Christmas.

Hi Jim, take it easy mate take it easy a week or two things will be good. Nothing good will happen by making yourself sick, I am sure people are as understanding as I am.
That's a candy store in Coney Island. Go there when I'm in town must be over 100 years old. Owners have changed. But the pink popcorn is still great!

Jim, it's amazing to see how much you really care about your customers. I'd rather wait several more months to get my POLDIAC if that's what it takes to ensure that everything is perfect rather than get it before Christmas but risk quality control issues. The fact that you're delaying shipment because you think that something can be done to improve the quality of the device and your customers' experiences is truly a testament to your passion for your products, your integrity as a manufacturer and vendor, and your goodness as a human being. Thank you Jim, your a damn good guy and I'm grateful that the vaping community has people like you in it, but the mere gesture that you've shown us here is more than enough for me! Please don't overwork yourself to the point of physical discomfort! All you can do is try your best, take your time, and know that all of us are here posting on your thread and continuing to order your devices because we have faith in you and your work!

Jim, as much as you have done for us...please, please don't let this get to you and take your time just as Rick said. It can't be said enough, but this just goes to show what a great man you really are! And, I really don't want this to spoil your own Christmas in any way, as I'm sure everyone else here feels the same way. Now that would make all of us have a sick feeling in our stomachs. We will get it when we get it. I'm just happy that I have a chance to own one and more so, to know you.

Jim. I completely admire you and respect you even more each day. Truly I do. You will stop everything and hold up mailing because or your quality control. That speaks volumes to the amount of time you out in to your products and the respect ALL members here have for you and your products. And if ALL makers and sellers stopped mailing like you DID, then all would have high quality products and it would be a solid competition.
Kudos to you. I know everyone wants it, but will wait for the best. Happy holidays.

Production issues happen and we all know the MMV brand is based on the fact that you won't send it out if it's wrong. As a lot of folks have already stated, take a deep breath, kiss your baby, hug your wife (or maybe hug & kiss them both) we'll still be here when the Poldiac meets your standards of quality. We all really appreciate your dedication to trying and meet a deadline but it's MMV quality and your artistry that keeps us happy all year long...
