LOL, my kid looked over (I LOL'd too) and said "what's so funny?" (not sure how to answer him)
Truth stranger than fiction... I read him your post and he said, "cool, you're such a nerd..."

I use my DID with the Provari and I recently got some 500 mesh too, I must say that I prefer the 500 over the 400 personally. I usually use 50mm by 40mm to make a wick that still has a center hole big enough for me to get a seringe needle in it but has outer dimensions that just fit the wick hole nice and snug. I use 30 AWG wire and wrap 4 to 5 wraps for my coil to give me around 1.6 to 1.7 ohm coil.
The 500 mesh wicks very well for me, from pure PG to pure VG juices and anything in between.
I hope this helps you on your way. I am sure there are others that will respond with more detail. ;-)
I just ordered some 26g kanthal a-1 from ebay...time to take this sht to the next level.
.Have you or anyone else ever use the "Ultra fine" extra piece of mesh that "The Mesh Company" sends with every order? It is very thin and flimsy, Is it good for anything?

Nice, Rick I want to try a bit of that 26g. I heard some folks talking about using only 28g in an Ody without nr silver wire. I know you use them as well as your DID do you recommend it / have you tried it?

it hurts! what was I thinking??I don't see the point in that frankly, so no, I definitely wouldn't suggest it.
The 28 is awesome, I can only being to imagine how the 26 vapes! I just filmed a quick video demoing truly EXTREME vaping. 2/1 wrap (0.45Ω), 8.2A, and 30.6W., but i'm sure the 26 will take the figure up a bit.
