I was taking it apart to clean like normal and snap. I'm wondering if this happened b/c it's the original post from Jim's first batch of DID's. It doesn't have the flanges at the top and bottom. I don't know though. I wasn't putting a lot of tension on it or anything?

How did you manage to do that?

Very cool tutorial Rick!!!
Everything I wanted know - covered. I feel confident that I'll be able to completely tear it down when I get it (my neurosis - must PGA soak/clean everything new - not a necessary step for most) and be able to get it back together quickly.
Cheers Bro!!! :toast:

Jim, awesome button design!!! Seeing how well it all fits together makes me want to build something ;)

Ugh, that hurts just to look at... What size is that? I have a spare standard/Mini/Gemini sized that I'd send you. It is very slightly bent (Provari took a heroic nose dive) but it still works.

What more can I say! since seeing the Poldiac for the first time I just thought it wonderful. Now after watching Ricks video and seeing the workings and design that Jim put into this, I am completely blown away! so much work and effort, R&D along with craftmanship.
Wow!
What to expect with the future products in the pipeline? again Wow.
Well done Jim, its an honour to use your products.
