I agree with Lisa, I don't like the black ring either and I won't want it on any of my models. Is that what everyone was talking about?

I think they were shown in a picture on the iken site for a indication of the different pieces of the GG Trans. They were only for show and had no function.

Entirely correct, yes. I wasn't so polite about them though......

Yea I thought they looked goofy too. Made the GG look like it was in sections and not a flowing piece that imeo works so hard to make.
