You can purchase a tank atty and tank for your ego size pv (forget what it's called). That's the good thing about the ego, 510's they're very versatile and you can get lots of parts for it.

I don't use carts I use cartomizers (cart & atty combined). You can use dual coil cartomizers, boge LR cartomizers, clearomizers, all sorts of things on your ego style battery.

One your 510 mini sized battery there are also tanks available for that and you can use standard resistance cartomizers.

~All of this probably sounds like 'blah blah blah' at this point, but when you get it, it'll start to make sense.

I ordered the compact kit for 35 bucks with shipping just to try but I'd like to try the tank system too that is where this noob is chasing her tail.
I don't understand these words. What is a titan? Is it just an rebadged eGo?

Oh it's just a rebadged 510. Why not just get a Riva, they're cheaper and better.

Voltages will be a whole nother lingo. Danggg. :) I'm looking at the other attys seeing about getting the tank for it.... wondering if I have to get the titian conversion for the tank or just the regular. hmmmm. a lot of learning to do. This is what I get for doing research and not buying a 150 dollar mall model. ;)

Haha, you did the right thing not wasting your money at the mall.

Take it slow - the next step would be cartomizers, as they are probably the easiest of the "mods." And they're pretty hassle free. But, if you're going to get the tanks you don't need a conversion kit as your batteries are 510 connections.

The only reason for the conversion kit is if you were to have, say, a 901, that has a different connector than the 510.

I think I'll go cry in a corner now.

Don't feel bad. At least you got yourself a 510. It's a good vape. But you'll quickly grow tired of your short battery life. In which case you can pick up a Riva 510 or an eGo and be able to use all the parts you bought for your 510 errr... Titan. I hate how these companies rename all these standard models.

As far as I'm concerned a cart is something to haul manure around in. A serious addict needs: 1) enough battery power to last all day; and, 2) enough Niquid capacity to last all day. That means cheap batteries and some kind of tank. The 14650 ePower w/DEUX from Gotvapes fills this bill very nicely. When you grow up, you'll prolly decide to go VV, (Veriable Voltage). The ePower may have a VV switch by then. If not, I like the ProVari. But, the ProVari isn't necessarily a beginner PV. When you finally land on the Niquid you want to use daily. . .roll your own, (DIY). Otherwise. . .you'll be depositing your check at some juice vendor. JMHO

Cheers,

Good luck with your leap into vaping!!!! 1 + PPD Smoker more than 25 years - never thought I would quit - used to joke that I would be the last smoker standing.

It works. You may buy other kits or gadgets or mods. 1/2 the fun is doing it. I've spent a bit of $$ that I don't have because I'm addicted to bottom feeding mods now but I've just cut back in other places to make it work. It can be done cheaply but it's now, seriously, my only vice.

I really don't get too crazy and vapinig can be very affordable as compared to analogs. Try to have fun with it and enjoy learning about what works for you. After a little over 1 month I'm not even thinking about an analog - the vaping is just too satisfying and clean.

Hi and welcome :)
If that's the kit you bought, you're going to want at least 1 more battery. They may last 4-6 hours of moderate to heavy use but they take about 2 hours to charge.
On the plus side, you'll probably be using that same setup 6 months from now and there are tons of things that will screw right on it.
Best of luck to you

Get your kit first. See what you like and don't like about it. Most places ship pretty fast. Finding the right pv is pretty easy. It's finding the right juice that can be more of a problem. You just never know what you're going to like until you try it.

The classified are a good place to try lots of juice from different vendors.

Do get another battery and some more juice. The 10 ml that comes with it will only last for a few days of moderate vaping. The battery will last for 4-6 hours and you don't want to be down while it charges. For the second battery you could get the Tornado passthrough. You'll be able to vape with it plugged into a computer and use it as a regular battery when you're on the go. And make sure you have some extra atomizers or cartomizers as well.

I rotate 5 eGo batteries, 3 of those I've had for about 8 months. You're going to be fine. I keep a charger in my work truck and a spare cart, atty and juice. If you get a passthru and want to use it while driving you're going to need a cigarette lighter/USB adapter that is rated for 2 amps (2000mA) for it to work properly. Radio Shack. I honestly think you're going to be fine, especially once you have a spare battery. There's a lot to learn around here but most everybody will help answer any questions that you may have. We've all been there.
Take care
