My nearest neighbor killed about 30 copperheads last year. I personally do not condone killing snakes. They keep the rodents down. He has a small child and I see his point but going on a rampage is unnecessary. They are thick around here though on both sides. If you get my meaning, if you smell my drift....;)

I can't give mine a footrub right now... apparently, it can cause problems during pregnancy? ( i say hogwash... how the hell do you walk then?) Besides that, her feet are too ticklish...

Hogwash indeed...some of the cheaper Massage schools teach you to not work the feet during pregnancy, what a crock! Pregnant women especially need footwork!!!

There is a point that is precisely 1/2 way between the inner ankle bone and the heel, that relates to the kidney, this is the area that you do not apply extreme pressure too or rub for a long time. Find it on yourself first... If she was already getting foot Massage from you before, it is not really an issue, just watch the pressure in that area and don't stay there for an excessive amount of time...

King snakes are good for keeping rodents away, and cannot hurt anyone, but a copperhead is a different story. I applaud your neighbor for doing what he did.

Some time snake populations get out of control in the wild but it's usually a sign of increased rodents.
Kill of to many snakes and you have to deal with all the rats and mice.
Oh, snakes make for a good BBQ............Um........did I just say that...
