Hey guys. I'm new to the DIY scene. I've been vaping for a little over a year now and have been expires meeting with DIY. I buy my base premixed 50/50 18mg nic, and fell in love with Loran's cinnamon oil super concentrate. My questions are,

1: What blend is best for a carto tank?
2: What's a good menthol flavoring?
3: Am I better of mixing my own base (knowledgable before doing so ofcourse)
4: what's a good Turkish tobacco flavoring?

1: I can't answer for you, but I'm sure someone will soon.
2: Personally I am quite fond of TFA menthol (but it only takes 2-3 drops per 10ml. Also you might just like 2 drops of TFA Koolada per 10ml. I get these from onestopdiyshop in 6ml bottles for $1.65 each. Using just a couple drops 6ml lasts a really long time, as in a year give or take.
3: Moneywise your far ahead to mix your own. Be sure to read the blogs by Hoosier and DannyV45. And read the warnings on working with nicotine! It's easy!!
4: Another one I can't answer for you.

1. For a tank use a resistance that allows for high heat and 50/50 is just fine. It's what I use exclusively.
3. Mixing your own base is cheaper but only if you use really pure nicotine like Wizard Labs. I've mixed my own base for over a year now and wouldn't use any other nicotine.
4. For any tobacco flavor I would use Hangsen first and if unavailable go with Vaping Zone's super-concentrates. I make my own extracts from pure tobacco for the most part but I'll use Hangsen concentrates for blending.

I'm currently using a phiniac Pyrex tank on my provari. As for flavoring, I've been using Loran's super concentrate. The cinnamon oil is my fav so far. It's like a red hot cinnamon candy. I find myself only using 0.5ml to 29.0ml of 50/50 18mg nic base. I've got the flavoring down good. I just really see my problem being the base itself. I fly through it sampling. I get my base from MBV.
