Absolutely. The Joyetech eGo-C Twist is IMO a no-brainer battery to start with, or to stay with for quite a while. I have a lot of fancy stuff and have been vaping and researching for about a year, on on a lanyard around my neck right now is a 650mah (milliamp hour - the smallest one - there's also a 900 and a 1000 that'll put an eye out it's so long) Twist fitted with a Vivi Nova 3.5ml version 2.5 tank/atomizer.
Shopping list:
Minimum of two Twists
Minimum of two Vivi Novas (so you can vape at least two flavors of juice)
Two chargers (in case one craps out)
Juice, lots.
You're done, and can now enjoy a very good variable voltage vape as you explore the hundreds of other options.

I'd pass on the eGo/kGo VV for now; I wanted to love it, but don't/won't until they get some bugs worked out. The button is a little sketchy, you can't use it as it's charging (even though it has a passthrough connection on the bottom), and you can't charge it as you do with other eGo-class batteries - namely, screw the 510 connection into a "dongle"-type charger.
At least I think the unit in your link is the same as this one reviewed by PBusardo ....
