Hi sp and welcome to the forum....I have egos, lavatubes and a Vamo. The Vamo is VV and VW. It's very affordable and it works great. You might check them out. Congrats and Good Luck!!!
I agree that it is EXTREMELY overwhelming at first. What I decided to do was go with whats been "tried and true" over the "next big thing". Culminated with me ordering a Provari Mini, a Vivi Nova Mini, and a bunch of juices...
Couldnt be happier right now, only 4 days of vaping (which i understand isnt the best for user experience input) but I see why so many are into vaping now. I LOVE IT!

It is overwhelming and there's always an upgrade waiting in the wings! ;-) Lots of great information here, though!! Welcome!! 
I second the motion....on the vamo. I just received one several days ago and for the price point and performance I don't think you can beat it, about 50 bucks. However, being a noobie you might want to start off with something simpler until you learn a little about variable watt/volts.
I'm a newbie too, welcome. These are the nicest people here, you'll see. Congrats on your decision

Welcome!!! I'm a noob too and was torn between a Vamo and a Provari. I went with a Provari since I'm a truck driver and electronics tend to die quickly in a truck from the constant strong vibrations. I haven't tried a Vivi nova yet. I've tried a few clearo's, for me, I just didn't care for them. I'm loving carto-tanks...at the moment. But everyone's different, and I hear the Vivi is more then just a clearo. I hope you enjoy your new toy's!

2 hrs into researching carto-tanks im on the waiting list for some IBtanks to be instock.
i believe you tube will be my friend when i need help, but at this moment its kinda my enemy, it keeps showing me nicer and nicer PV's
now im researching e juices.
i ordered 2 from provape but i noticed... they dont list their pg/vg mix. ( i will update when i get those aswell)
when ordering/buying ejuices.. is there a rule of thumb i should follow ?
because when my friends started vaping of course they would buy from the local shop they have visited... they have told me all of the ones they have bought from these little local shops all fail... dont buy.... im thinking maybe cuz they're imported.. so they just tell me to order online.
i've looked online and its never ending.....
any tips or advice will be appreciated.
do i want 100% VG ? 50/50?
i read you dont want anything less than 50/50 if your using carto-tanks
as they will clog.
im on virgin vapor and they recommend 100% VG...

I'm fairly new here too, but from what I've seen, the people here are super nice and extremely helpful. You should be able to find all you need right here. I still have to do the cigalikes, but I also have one ego that I drip when I want something a little different. Those work well for me and hopefully will allow me to stick with it and stay off the analogs Good luck to you!

welcome this is the place. if you wait for them to stop upgrading, you will never get your mod. if you want to spend the money, then just do it.
remember to rotate different juices during the day just dont stick with one flavor. also drink alot of water avoid the dreaded vapors tongue.

PG + VG Meanings and Mixtures
VG = Vegetable Glycerine - is thick and somewhat sweet. It produces luscious clouds of vapor and also imparts a sweeter taste to your liquid.
PG = Propylene Glycol - is a much thinner liquid. It produces more of a throat hit than VG e-liquid does, which simulates the feel of smoking better. It carries the flavor a little better too. PG e-liquid also has a higher rate of sensitivity for some people, meaning that some people just cant use PG in their vape.
Below are common E-Liquid ratios and are in percentages like so: PG%VG%
100% PG - Most throat hit, thinnest liquid, most flavor tasted
60/40 - Very common cartomizer and tank mixture. More vapor than 100% PG. This is Zeus E-Juice's House Mix.
50/50 - Best of both worlds.
40/60 - More Vapor. Would clog cartomizers very quickly.
20/80 - Very thick, most vapor. Most likely the highest VG you can buy.
100% VG - Very rare, as most flavorings and liquid nicotine are in PG carriers.
