First, my overall feedback (provided to Trent), followed by his reply, which addresses some of my comments. All in all, this is an absolutely marvelous device, and I don't regret buying it even for a single second. I just ordered two 2900mah IMR's from Orbtronics, that will increase my current 2200's by 30%, thereby minimizing my biggest issue (the single battery).

In a nutshell, I'd recommend this to anyone who's budget could support it.

For those of you interested, here:

< My message to Trent, redacted slightly for relevance >

Trent,

Your work is absolutely amazing. The quality would make even ProVape uncomfortable (and that's no knock on ProVape).

- Performance: Flawless
- Ease of use: Flawless
- Build Quality: Flawless (best I've ever seen)
- Design: Almost perfect *

* Given a choice, I'd have preferred either:
(a) something other than screw-on back, so batteries could be changed on the fly (when needed), or
(b) double 18650's (which I have in a Mamu Denali - that I'd never travel with for fear of breaking)
(c) a larger internal Lipo battery (I vape a lot. 3-4 18650's per day).

I find removable batteries to be my favorite, so either (a) or (b) would have been my first choices. Honestly though, that's an insignificant nit-pick, because I absolutely love this thing.

To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. Thank you very much for the experience, and for the integrity you've displayed with the pricing-issue of your mod.

Sincerely and best regards,
Dave

< Trent's reply, very relevant and I'm completely satisfied with it >

Thank you for the kind words.

There are little details I am changing. The reason for the screws on the back is because it can be used as a pass-thru, i wanted a very secure door. I have other box mods and since the doors are not completely secure, it does not feel sturdy like the PACK. Drop the other box mods, with easy access doors and you'll have to go fumbling around for the scattered parts (I know from experience).

2- 18650 mode. That will be way too big. you see the other dual 18650's they are way to big to be portable.

LiPo's: I have lipo's in a few versions and sizes in a few of my PACK and proto PACK's. I'm just not confident that the normal user can safely use it like you can a Lithium Ion battery like the AW IMR.

Again, Thank You for thoughts. Any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks
Trent

Managed to get one of these on order for the 200? 210? price. Sold off my Provari in anticipation of this being a solid replacement. Sounds like I chose correctly!

That's exactly what I plan to do once my Hana comes in :)

I have been using mine hard since the day I got it, it just keeps on vaping. When it gets low on battery power I vape it as a passthrough till the red light around the mini usb port goes out. still using it primarily with the eBaron but it has caught some time with a Raven tank atomizer in a tank as well.

That'd be quicker than I'd be comfortable going right now. It certainly looks like it will hold up, but I'd like to give it a bit more life experience before feeling certain in that regard.

Normally I would agree, if I had like no backups. If the Hana bombs out on me I got my Nemesis and GP to keep me happy.

Jwraps are expected to be available to the end of next week (ish). If anyone cares (I do).

Awesome!!! I love all my Jwraps, can't wait to get Hana wrapped up in something pretty. I'm hoping it will be 2 pieces in order to accommodate the door? Hmmmm. I've only charged it once with the cord, I prefer to cycle through my 18650's rather than recharge the same one continually.

finally got my hana after waiting a week and change of it sitting in west sacramento post office. this thing feels great and vapes like a champ. one wish however was if the dna 20 instead of going to the tenth digit and rounding up went to the hundredth digit. But besides that i am pretty satisfied.. the vape is much smoother compared to my vamo.

do they seem as sturdy as a provari? they look a lot more sturdier than MVP but clunkier..

It's difficult, and I'm not sure that it's quite fair, to compare anything to Provari at this early juncture. It certainly appears to be quite sturdy, but the test of time remains ahead. Put it this way, if the thing can be broken, I'm the one who will break it. I've sent both of my Provaris in for service, numerous times, while my wife's have never left the house.

That's another thing that needs to be gauged before making the comparison, responsiveness and results. So far, I've been quite impressed with that aspect, but again - time...
