Hey Guys,

I've made the decision to switch from analogs to PVs, just waiting for my supplies to get here. I'm in Niagara Falls Canada, so I'm a bit limited with shipping options.

So far I have purchased,

Joye 510-T
KGO (With a tank Atty and some tanks)

I was just wondering, as I have not been able to find much info on this KGO, what kind of attys can I use, I really want to try some clear cartomizers, and furthermore, what kind of tips can I put on cartomizers?

I purchased my KGO from here:

KGO Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit - $54.95

The description states that:

"This model is compatible with with the standard eGo and 510 model atomizers, cartridges, and batteries."

Basically, I just want to know how much room I have to customize this guy, because I like the idea of a large battery, but I want to experiment with drip tips, cartomizers and tanks. Any links or brands would be awesome info too.

I have no direct knowledge on the 510t but have used the ego t and enjoyed it very much. It is a little finicky but if you have any mechanical common sense it is very good. That said I have heard the 510 t is a good unit and you will have many options for using several different attys etc with the 510 thread. Looks like a decent unit. You will be able to try lr 510 and lr 306 attys for dripping. I currently use a bottom feeder with lr306 attys was using lr510 attys before both are good but I prefer 306. You will be able to try both and make a decision for yourself. Enjoy good luck with it.

If it's compatible with the eGo and 510 stuff then the world is your oyster.

You can try atomizer/drip tips, tanks, maptanks, cartomizers, cartridges, vapemates, clearomizers, ego cartomizers, more....

basically, anything that says "510" or "eGo".

Good luck!

Awesome info, thanks so much, now I just need to confirm that it is indeed compatible with anything for EGOs or 510s

Awesome stuff, thanks so much dude.

Anyone have any idea what resistance cartomizers to try with the battery on the KGO?

You can try any ohm atty you like, the lower the ohms the hotter/harder the hit.... and the more power it draws from your battery (so the battery won't last as long). BTW, the same is not true for the little 510 you also have coming, it's really not designed to use the LR (low resistance) atomizers.

ALSO, some say that anything lower than 2.0ohms will/can damage your KGO battery but I don't know if that's true.... I'd probably do it anyway (but haven't felt the need to yet).

Oops ya my error I was focused on your kgo batt. I ran 1.5 ohm attys on my ego 1000 mah batt with no problems.

you won't have problems initially but you are also drawing more than those batteries were meant to so its going to shorten their lifespan, by how much its hard to say but definitely more quickly than using atomizers with the correct ohm rating. outside of that anything 510 threaded (and there is a LOT of different stuff with 510 threads) should work fine.
