Hi I'm Tracey and I live in Virginia. I started vaping back in August...my thoughts were to put on a nicotine patch and get some ecigs with 0 nicotine. I purchased a starter kit with Blu. After the second day I ripped my nicotine patch off and made a bee line to Walgreens and got some cartridges with high menthol nicotine. I smoked them for a while along with my regular cigarettes. Then I started reading forums about all of the different places that sold ecigs. I ordered a sample from Victory, V2, and AquaVaper. I decided I liked the AquaVaper the best. Did some more ordering from them and then I started to get some juice with a safety cap and some without. They told me the juice was made in another country and the ones with the safety were the newest they were getting in. I asked for a refund and they said to send it back. I have some of their hardware, but also have hardware from Blu and Victory. I tried my blu again last night and it is terrible compared to AquaVapor and the V2's I gave away. I started searching for an American made juice company and ordered from AmericanLiquidStore this week and in the meantime am still using the AquaVaper that I had already opened. Sigh, so many choices.....I have not had a real cig since Sunday and my 510 from AquaVapor is needing to be charged a few times a day :2cool:. So reading here I was trying to find out the best juice around....the one thread was soooo long I didn't go through it all. So I am going to try my fifth company this week.....who do you love? I am a full menthol virginia slims smoker for many years.......

Welcome to ECF. Wish I could give you advice on the best juice but its way to a subjective a topic. My tastes are different. I DIY and when I do buy premixed I buy Vape Renu. My fist big love in juice was maple cured bacon. I still like it but I am now exploring others. I did try and really like Ectoplasm I forget where i got it but it's easy to find. I will give you some advice when I moved away from tobacco flavors that is when I knew I was not going back to stinky cigars. I gave away like $30 worth of cigars to a friend. Hope this is of some help. Have fun in your journey into flavors. We all go though that. I still am. LOL Keep it interesting.

Hi Tracey, I am also new to the forum, still trying to get my 5 posts in!! It's so confusing and overwhelming at first, I have been vaping for only 6 weeks and swear, I will never give it up. I went to the JoyeTech website and looked for locations of where they sold them in the U.S.. try that and find a vapor store near you. Good Luck and will see you around the site!

Howdy. Like many will say, taste is subjective. Being new myself I will say try fruit and bakery flavored juices not just tobacco flavored juices. There is entire area about E-Juice. Try some sample packs before purchasing larger sizes of juice, this will save you a few dollars while with the sample packs you can get anywhere from 3 to 10 bottles of different juices at a reduced cost.

I agree with Mustang:), the sooner you move away from tobacco flavours, the better. It's not that tobacco flavours can't be good, it's just that they're very hit or miss. E-juice can either attempt to simulate the burning smell (which is horrible), or the smell of unlit tobacco. It really can't do both. If you try ordering imitation brands like du maurier and marlboro, you're going to be dissapointed. Baked flavours are the tastiest (but can gunk up cartos faster), and fruity flavors are usually the safest at being not horrible.

If you're in the states, I absolutely love pinkspotvapors, and if I wasn't from Canada and a student, that would be my go-to place for delicious juice. If you wan't to treat yourself, I would start there. My favorite is their Black Mamba (Fruity), and RY8 (tabacco-y)...

I think a majority of the places, at least the smaller ones all make their ejuice to order. Trying to find the perfect vendor is somewhat tough imo, I've tried 7 different ejuice places, and still have a list of places I want to try. My favorite so far has been Mister E Liquid, since they make my favorite flavor, Pure Michigan. I also really like MtBakerVapor since you can add extra shots of flavor, and I like both flavors I got from them, and they are one of the cheaper ejuice places.

My advice would try samples at different places and see. :)

Thank you starting day 5 now of no cigs. I'm being challenged to find my menthol to replace the one I've been using made in another country. I've ordered some more samples this morning from two more companies. I have two new 510's and I really like them :)....the juice though....I need the perfect for me juice. I will try the other flavors but I really need my menthol first.

Thanks, I have no problem moving away from tobacco flavors, I don't think? I really need a good menthol and then I think I'll be set to venture out with the other flavors. I got a tobacco menthol and I'm sorry, it was really nasty lol. I need my menthol for every day! The apple flavor is good mixed with menthol, but those came from another country and I am trying to get juice made in the USA. I think I've ordered from a few so far, awaiting two orders placed today. :)

I am on that journey as we type...trying the small bottles. I have two orders in I'm waiting on and have two orders I've gotten...one from another country that is really good but I sent them all back.....the new one I got yesterday kinda disappointed in. I'll keep looking!!! I am not ruling out the flavors...can't wait to try them...I just need my 'me' menthol find first!!

Try finding a tobacco flavor you really enjoy and separately purchase Menthol drops. Add sparingly until you find the right mix- be forewarned Menthol Drops are VERY STRONG. This is the route I took when I first began vaping, found I loved Menthol, but couldn't find the right menthol Juice.

Edit: Keep a record of your "recipes" and be absolutely sure to shake the menthol really well before adding as the menthol crystals have a tendency to separate from the PG.
