First welcome.
Second give a little more information about what you are looking for. If there were really a "best" anything we would probably all have it. Each atty has different areas where they shine. Some are best at holding juice, some are best at producing vapor, some are best at flavor, some are best for other things. What are you looking for. What will you sacrifice to get something else.
I like liquids that crack plastic tanks so, for me, a tank must not have plastic and I like to see my juice level so I like glass.
I like the amount of liquid the Nautilus holds and I like the EVODs for their size and they do pretty good at other things.
I knock my mods over fairly often so the exposed glass of the nautilus is a drawback. I like the size more than I don't like it breaking. You may be different.

Welcome to the board! Since there are thousands of people here, you'll get thousands of opinions. 
FWIW, I like the Nautilus mini a lot on an iTaste vv. It's big enough that I don't have to refill it every time I turn around but it's small enough that it sits nicely on that battery. If you have a larger vv battery, the larger Nautilus might be a better option. Twice the capacity. I have one of them on an iTaste MVP.
The choices will make you dizzy.

I heard the nautilus was a solid tank all around, is there anything better for flavor quality? So far I like desert flavors, not too big on citrus or cinnamon flavors
