It's still working well and not turning off like before. no2 seems to work well for me. I just recoiled my Spheroid at 1.4 ohms and it's vaping amazingly. Good combo!

What day did you order yours and what day did it ship? Mine was ordered on November 3rd and shipped on November 5th. Here is the tracking showing it sitting and then returned to HC. Can you post your tracking so I can see how yours was moved? Here is the website for China EMS tracking. China EMS Tracking

I also ordered on the 3rd and got a confirmation on the 5th and it arrived on the 8th. So I guess it took 3 days or 5 days depending on how you look at it. I wasn't home on the first attempted delivery so I arranged for it to be redelivered today.

Weird. They both left the Guanzhou sorting center at almost the same time. But mine had no tracking in Thailand and then four days later appeared back at Guangzhou and got returned to HC. I wonder what happened with mine. You are lucky you got yours so fast. I was expecting to get it by the end of last week and when it showed up in Guangzhou again it was a complete surprise. I asked HC about it and they said it was getting sent back to them by Chinese customs. As far as I can tell it never left China.

Maybe they like to create extra work and jobs like they do here.

Anyway, back to the original content, I'm loving this thing. A very good value imho.
Jon what battery are you using? You mentioned that it turns off before, I found that the spring is not stiff enough for my 18650 joytech battery and the smallest bump with disengage the contacts making it turn off. It's slightly annoying but for this very reason (the extra space) I don't see why HC said a protected battery wouldn't fit, it seems like there is plenty of space to fit the protected chip

Thank you for your asking here. some protected batteries are a bit wider and can not fit it. Perhaps yours may work.:)

That's it, the battery looses contact with the spring if you move it too quickly or when you put it down there is any shaking. This is a flaw in the manufacturing. Can we point this out to the manufacturer and get a better spring to install Newsunshine?

Yes. we are aware of the flaw and ask our manufacturer to use a longer better spring. We expect to get ones with better spring in 2 days.
today we just got a new batch of APV with chrome button. :)

If you do get a better version would you be able to send us replacement springs? Chrome sounds interesting but I'm pretty happy with the black on chrome

Which batteries do you recommend then for the APV with the original shorter spring?

So they sell a product with a defective spring and you must find and buy a good one ( fingers crossed ) on another site ?

Correct jackbox ?

NewSunshine is not responding to your posts. By now she has surely seen them. What does that say to you?

Also, I am not sure if you can say the springs are defective. The combination of the tube length and the end cap with spring are too long for your battery. Use a longer battery, such as a protected one or nipple top and that might make the issue go away. There is so much variance in 18650 batteries length and width you cannot really fault a manufacturer for not being able to be compatible with all of them.
