New I Pro from notcigs issues

Just got an Infinity Pro from notcigs and love it so far...however I am having issues with carto compatibility. I have an 808 top cap and many of my 808 cartos don't fit too well (mostly V4L cool carts). They either won't connect or are too tight (can't screw them in far enough to connect). I read that maybe I need to take off the o-ring? I am not sure if what I see beneath the threads is a removable o-ring. Anyone have thoughts on this?

My Echo cartos work great on the IP!

I bought some 808/901-to-501 adapters (2). One works pretty well (screws on easily and works with a 510 carto) and the other has a hard time making contact like the 808 cartos.

Maybe I have to remove this o-ring? Does it just roll off?

The O-ring is for 901 connection. I use an 808 - 510 on mine with the o-ring with no issues personally. You should be able to roll it off, might take a bit of effort though as its pretty tight on mine.

I hate working with those adapters. I just gave away all my 808 stuff and now only use 510 stuff. I know this isn't the answer you were looking for, but that's just what I did.

Don't have an 808 top cap but you might be better off posting in the Notcigs subforum. There's always a lot of great people in there to help you, and Buzzkill pops in and out all day and can help.
