Shouldn't it be a little lower in the cart so the atty doesn't bow the edges up causing a leak? Still a very nice idea.

if you cut the star shaped hole right you shouldnt have any probs dude,,,ive not been getting any leakage from it,,i suppose you could sit them a little lower and just use fluval or foam filler like the spring mod if you wanted,,,,,though im not keen on the foam it seems to give off a dodgy taste,but i might try it with the fluval if im bored enough one day lol

Fooking brilliant, man! The perfect complement to Scottyballs' mod... I cannot WAIT for my 510 to get here from Drew so I can rock this nonsense =D
Wouldn't it be better to use some sort of steel wire - straight steel?
I mean, only because of the chrome plating that is commonly used on paperclips. I can't imagine that 1mm steel wire is impossible to find...HMMM...

i recon any type of wire would work,it might be easier to use a safety pin for punching the holes through too ..
