I just love the eGrip. Still on my first coil and it still produces the most pleasant vapor. It's so easy to fill it it up with juice and charge through USB and so pocketable. I recently had a 23 hour travel and with full charge it accompanied me through everything in my shirt pocket. For me, this is the ultimate device and don't even know what I would like to see changed (other than the coil pricing, but the way it looks, these heads last extremely long).

Sounds like the usb port dislodged. Hope they just replace it w/out issue.

I took it into the store, they tested it and gave me the replacement one without any issues. So I'm happily vaping my favorite juice on it once again. I think I'm going to invest in one of those mico usb dust plugs just to be safe with the charging piece, I'm a bit worried that can easily cause the battery damage.

I would like to see a bigger hole where you refill the tank. The dropper bottles I use won't fit, so I have to unscrew the bottom every time. Also, the charging port should be on the side, or better yet put it under a cap like the refill holes so they can't get wet.

Anyone know if shipping is extra slow on thanksgiving week? I ordered my eGrip on Sunday night off of eBay which is shipping 2 day priority from USPS and on Monday I got the shipping notice but so far tracking only says electronic shipping notice for pick up and estimated delivery date is Saturday or next Monday?! Was hoping to be vaping on it this week.

Just got mine earlier today. Liking it so far, hope I don't run into any issues with it. Mine has the dial with only one number on it, was hoping for the model with more numbers displayed. However, if everything else is the same then this isn't a big deal. Hope the coils hold up too.

well folks, now this is really gonna get interesting. check this out

now they adding a base which allows you to build you own coil(anything over 1.2 ohm). this will make the e-grip even more versatile- put in a pre-built coil or have the option of building your own coil. this nifty device keeps getting better. mine has worked flawlessly sincethey replaced my first one which had a charging port problem. since then, it has been my go-to vape-just stuff it into any pocket and go. it has stood up to any abuse i have thrown at it and still vapes perfectly. don't know if i want to build my own coil but it is nice they now give you the option.....

That's strange I have a black eGrip with 5 numbers on it. 8,11,14,17 and 20 watts
the first ones had the numbers on them-since then they only have the number 20 and corresponingly smaller dots on the dial. start at 20 and dial down until you are vaping where it tastes best to you. pretty simple and has worked flawlessly.
fyi- i have had both dials and they both work fine...

I actually like the pre-made coils very much and I'm two weeks in with the first coil (still working great). But I'm curious and will still get the RBA and pair it with this: $3.08 Pre-Coiled Wires for Rebuildable Atomizers (50-Pack) 50-pack - 1.5ohm / 0.3mm dia. / 30*30mm leads at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

talk about a lifesaver for these arthritic hands and lousy eyesight-50 coils for around $3 SIMPLY AMAZING. thanks for the link. heck, at that price it wouldn't bother me if half were no good. as long as i don't have to make'em it's all good...can't wait to try 'em in the new base when it becomes availible.....
